I only gave a four star review because i am unable to review all of the features available. The TV functions as expected with excellent picture and sound. The Tv is a warranty replacement of a similar model whose sound stopped functioning properly. Best Buy honored their extended warranty, delivered and installed the TV as promised.

A solid 4K tv. Great picture we upgraded from FHD tv and the picture quality is a vast improvement. Get a sound bar the speakers aren't great and if you put it on a articulated arm be carefull it does flex a bit.

I’m not sure what’s going on with this TV. It’s like it doesn’t want to go above 30 volume and it’s super quiet. The picture is great though!

i had a old tv the picture is pretty colorful i wish the screen the was a little bit brighter for my games. But overall im pretty happy with this tv. the only downside is if you have terrible internet connection it gets fuzzy like old tv when you didnt have that certain channel.

Picture is clear and set up is sturdy. I bought this for my 70 year old mother who isn’t that great with technology. It was easy for her to set up and to operate.

I had this tv and had it mounted in my bedroom. When I sold my house I had to leave behind, so I bought the same tv again because I liked it so much. In my bedroom mounted by geek squad.

The visuals on this tv are overall okay but the UI is absolute dog water, the remote is always delayed in its inputs the tv randomly starts up other devices attached to tv (PlayStation Nintendo etc.) a lot of little things about the UI team together to bring you a drag of an experience buuuuuuuuuut i paid for it so I have to use it

Pro: Nice Low-end TV with great pic BUT.... Con: You really have to turn it up all the way no base hardly; you really have to use a sound bar with this tv up the speaker wattage instead of forcing customers who may not can't afford to purchase a sound bar! but you get what you pay for LOW-END.

Great picture and sound, my cable box sometimes cant communicate well and gives an error. Bought a new , better hdmi cable and that seems to have stopped the error. Gaming is absolutely better and streaming apps look prettier!

The television is nicely built. I love the sleek design and the fact that even my old Samsung remote can work on the television. I'm not a fan of the fact that the picture quality is auto controlled by the brightness in the room.

I’ve never had any issues with Samsung tvs, and this one is no different. Love this television! It’s in my master bedroom mounted on the wall. Great picture, great resolution, no complaints. Highly recommend.

Great TV! Excellent picture for the price point. It was packed well and easy to assemble. It was set up and running within an hour of getting it home! Sound is even pretty good all by itself.

Nice picture! Priced well, using outside in our lanai .... easy to set up with my spectrum account (one of the reasons we bought the Samsung. We actually bought 4 of them - different sizes.

My wife and I find the picture great on this TV. The only reason it did not get 5 stars is the sound. The sound itself is fine, just not quite loud enough. We added a sound bar to complete things. A sound bar was not needed on our last Samsung.

Fantastic TV. Sharp, clear picture with good sound. Very lightweight so hanging on wall was very easy. This is my second Samsung in the house. Will eventually replace all my TV's with Samsung

This compared to another Samsung that was 50% more expensive looked fine for a bedroom TV. Looked even better when I set it up at home and changed the picture display to Dynamic.

I had an issue with the 50” AU 8000 I purchased little over a year ago. They offered the CU8000 as a replacement. So far I’m very satisfied with the new tv. It’s an entry level model but it meets my needs.

Clear picture and great sound. Picture is very brute and clear. We replace our older Samsung TV with this updated model. Noticed the quality I picture of new model immediately.

Fantastic for any price! I paid approx $250 after the sale price and a gift card I had. Great picture and excellent Samsung quality! Connected easily right out of the box with many options !
