But the TV and it brings up a black line I could throw up a picture for you cause it’s on my TV right now and it goes away every now and then but no one should have a black bar through their TV and it’s brand new

Received the tv damaged and the return/refund process was a disaster. Took about two weeks to get a return/refund and a lot of transferring me to different departments and running around.

After two months of use blue spots appeared in the center of the screen and a blue cloud on the side. Open box in “excellent” condition. Not worth the discount.

this tv starting having a black band vertically of about 5". It was impossible to watch. Don't buy it.

The Samsung DU7200 has met my expectations for a budget, mid-size TV. The picture quality is very good and the sound is adequate, although if you want a home theater experience, you'd definitely want a sound bar. Setup was very easy and everything works the way it should. The Tizen interface isn't my favorite but works fine once you figure out the options. The remote is very basic and this model does not support voice commands, but that's OK with me. Attaching a Roku or other streaming device would let you bypass the Tizen UI, but one caveat is that Roku devices sometimes have issues with powering off these TVs (a Google search helps sort that out). Overall, I'd easily recommend this TV for anyone looking for a lower-priced option that delivers a viewing experience 90% of watchers would be very satisfied with.

I consider this to be a very good television especially for the money! I purchased this model specifically because it is one of the ones that comes with Samsung TV Plus on it. Samsung TV Plus contains a large number of free channels which adds extra value to this model because I have refused to pay for over priced Cable or Satellite TV for many years. The speakers provide decent sound in case you dont plan on adding a Sound Bar or other Surround Sound system. I reccomend going into settings during initial setup and changing the default sound setting to Adaptive Sound and the Picture setting to Dynamic. The remote is someones attempt at creating a simplified remote but, it is too hard to figure out how to access all of the TV'S features and settings with it. I think several other people have said the same thing in reviews. I went onto Amazon and purchased an older model Samsung Remote model # BN59-01315J which does everything that I need from a remote. This TV was purchased to replace an older 32" Samsung mounted on the wall in my Master Bedroom. I love the upgrade in size from 32" to 50". I would not hesitate to recommend this model to anyone! I hope this review is helpful to others.

The TV was easy to hook up and sync with my wifi and cable dvr. I am a casual watcher and I do not play games or watch YouTube. The picture seems fine as does the sound. I have had one experience where there was no sound so I did a guided sound check and requested that cust svc call me (with the remote). I received a call within 3 minutes and he guided me through a soft reset and all sound was restored. Great customer service! I will have to state that I do not like the remote. I guess most people like to use their voice commands or alexa, siri, etc... I like numbered buttons. So, with my limited usage I rate the TV as a 4. Nothing is perfect.

I needed a new tv to replace my older tv that no longer worked. First thing i noticed was how incredibly light it is. The picture quality is great. I see detail now that i doesn't know were there, and the frame rate was a major improvement. I can now see an entire action sequence instead of just color blurs. Set up was a breeze and only took a couple minutes. And the real thing that sold me was the price for quality and it was a brand i trusted. I'm also a reluctant shopper. I know things can be returned if not satisfied, but i hate returning. I checked reviews on Bestbuy, google, and reddit, compared with other offers and happily settled on the Samsung model. No regrets

The TV is bigger then what I thought! The quality is amazing and the menu when you turn it on is so easy to navigate. It's such a good price for what you get and I literally watch it everyday! If your wondering how easy it is to make an account or connect to your Wi-Fi or do anything like that, let me tell you it's easy as 1 2 3! An amazing feature is the fact that it tells you if the Wi-Fi has been disconnected without you wasting time going into the apps or streaming apps and seeing the boring "No Internet connection". It quickly connects to the wifi and it actually has games to play on! You can adjust the brightness and if you want to give it more color or put it in black in white! Which is a feature a LG TV I bought from another major store didn't have! If you want a tv for a bedroom or for your kids, this is the one!

I have had a Samsung 55 inch TV in my living room for many years and I’m so pleased with it. When it came time to replace my old Sony Bravia in my bedroom, choosing a Samsung 50 inch was easy. I’m always surprised at how lightweight these TVs are! Easy assembly and was up and running in minutes. The tutorial helped greatly. The color is vivid, the sound crisp and with a connection to my HD antenna, I get the channels I want to watch. My only complaint if it’s even a complaint is that the remote control is tricky and take some tutorial of its own if you know what I mean. Sometimes I bring in my remote from the living room and use it. I highly recommend this brand.

Massive upgrade from my previous TV. I did not connect this to the internet since I only use it to run an Xbox from which all my games and streaming services run. Great display and good sound. It is lightweight and easy to move around.

The picture on this tv is excellent. It provides great tv viewing and I definitely recommend it. My only issue is that it was a little tricky setting it up. Best Buy's $200 set up fee is simply obnoxious and I knew I could do it myself but it took a very long time. Once set up, it's been great. The Samsung tv remote however is awful. It's slow and sometimes just won't work. I paired the tv with my Apple TV and only use the Apple remote.

This is a very good television for the price. The picture is clear, it's very light and easy to set up. It is a good size for a medium sized living room. I recommend this product.

Selected this model because of the sale price. The picture on my former tv was on its way out so took advantage of the sale. The screen is only slightly bigger than the old one but the colors are brighter and the picture is great. Very happy with my purchase. And the installation by the geek squad was very nice. They do good work.

I purchased this TV for my office, not only to use as a "normal" TV, but also to use as an additional monitor for presentations to clients. The picture is very clear and looks great hanging on the wall. The reason I only gave it 4 stars is twofold: (1) the TV is somewhat slow when first turning it on as the computer loads up everything, which is something I can live with, although it is a little irritating. (2) in order to cast wirelessly to this TV, it uses Miracast. I could NOT get my computer to connect to the TV, and after hours and hours of working on it, I found that my NVIDIA graphics card does NOT support Miracast, and that AMD and NVIDIA no longer support Miracast on ANY of their new graphics cards. This totally defeated the purpose of purchasing this new TV. Samsung does offer an app to install on my computer called Easy Connection, but this doesn't work as well when compared to the ability to cast my computer to the TV and use it as an additional monitor (rather than just mirroring what is already on my computer monitor).
