Excellent picture and ease of operation although it doesn't to me have the overall feel of a samsung product. Major con, and i did see it mentioned in other reviews-it drops Hulu. It might drop other apps too, as I've read,but my experience is with Hulu. After a varied amount of watching time an error message pops up says having a problem airing this, suggests turn on/off. Doesn't take that, just go in and out. But annoying. I would like to have more actual control over color and picture settings than the "choose a filter/setting" feature. Best Buy's part in all this was great, no complaints.

I bought a refrigerator, the picture is satisfactory, the sound is suspicious, but it connects to the phone so quickly that I don’t even understand how it happens.

It was time for an upgrade so I applied for the credit card and got approved instantly so I thought go big or go home and what better way to then buy a TV. Great quality and pictures and loved all the apps provided.

My TV is outstanding, however, the path to getting it was horrible. The system needs attention. It took 6 appointments to finally get the TV delivered. The third party called to cancel twice and there was no communication for 3 other appointments, just no shows . When the TV finally arrived, it came from the Connecticut warehouse 2 1/2 hours away instead of the Albany warehouse ,1 hour away…..why? I ordered for the TV to be delivered and set up. I was never told that it was 2 separate appointments so I canceled the set up appointment. I spoke with 3 very nice and helpful representatives during this chaos, but they couldn’t get to the bottom of why the third party was not showing up. You really need to take another look at your delivery system with attention to communication. Even your representatives that I spoke with could not reach the third parties. Again, I am very pleased with the TV - it’s great.

I love it. It was super easy to set up. The quality is also pretty good for the price. It was a nice upgrade from the previous TV that I had.

I purchased this TV to update from my Samsung that I have had for years. It still worked great but could not support some of the new streaming channels. I purchased this one and just love it. It's a good size for my living room and the picture quality is great. I will always buy Samsung products.

I purchased this TV for my elderly mother and she loves the pictures and features if she her choice she would have wanted a better remote easy to use for the elderly .

Just an awesome tv for a good price, quality and the adjustable settings set this tv apart from others.

Excellent tv for a regular room, if is 10x10 this is what you need

If you purchase this TV it doesn't come with any mounting brakets. I wanted to mount using my existing console and brakets but the holes in back of TV are different size than what I had. I think because I had a fire TV and going to this TV is why the threads are different. So just for info this TV does not come with any brakets for wall or console mount it doesn't even come with correct size braket bolts. It would have been nice if it came with at least the correct braket bolts for back of TV. So if you purchase this it only comes with stands, no other mounting options.Other than that so far so good.

This is my 4th Samsung TV. All have had excellent picture quality. Having all the features that I have gotten used to using. Using it in my bedroom. So the size is pleasant. I would recommend this product.

For the price, this model demonstrates excellent color and resolution. The only negative is the sound quality but in reality that’s not a fair statement because we’re accustomed to a high quality sound system We added a FireStick to add additional features and options. Samsung continues to produce high quality products.

This tv has a great picture and good sound. I really enjoy the variety of modes you can select depending on rather you are gaming or watching movies. You also can’t beat the price

We bought an open box tv. We like it and the price of it. We have to get used to the small remote control. It is the right size and does all that a larger one does, though. We would have liked it even better if the user manual had been in the box. Granted it is online and can be found. Being senior citizens, we like a paper copy. It was easy to set up in a cabinet. We are well pleased with our purchase.
