Sales woman in Fairview Heights and her thorough explanation of TV features was a major reason for our purchase. Gentleman who delivered/installed TV (Logan) in February did an awesome job and took time to explain setup. Thank you!

The cost-benefit ratio is perfect. I also loved Samsung's channels. I recommend it!

Have a Samsung OLED 50” but figured all Samsungs were pretty similar. They aren’t. This crystal LED delivers somewhat over-hyped color that seems a bit artificial. Grass looks more like pool table felt green. Its very bright but resolution is not as sharp as the better set. I returned it, paid the difference, and got another OLED. If you have the money, I recommend spending the extra $ for the OLED or higher level unit.
