Picture is excellent. Set up was easy. Sound is only average but is adequate for the way we use this television

Great upgrade from a 1080p Screen with 60Hz refresh rate. This TV makes me experience TV shows and movies from a new perspective as they are better detailed and the refresh rate makes them look amazing. I am however not going to rate it 5 stars because the 120Hz refresh rate on the TV rarely but surely distorts objects that are moving really fast and abruptly stop moving. Overall love the TV and that small issue is barely noticeable would recommend to anyone.

Great Value for Smart 4K, bought two of them on Black Friday. One for my teenage son for his bedroom and one to replace a Sony 4K in the MasterBed Room. The quality of picture is great. The built in apps and web browser are great, the remote has a bit of a delay but other than that its a great TV

The Samsung TV was a good buy for the price. The apps menu is easy to navigate and the picture is good.

I wasn't convinced that 4K would make a big difference in viewing the TV. I was wrong. The sharpness and depth of the picture, just the way the overall picture looked, was impressive. Watching streamed shows from Netflix and Amazon were especially impressive. I like it much more than I ever thought I would.

Tv was easy to set up. Also easy to connect surround sound. Easy to connect to wifi and get netflix going. Have amazon fire stick. Having a few issues with operating but getting use to it. Not an electronics person. Sure some one with electronics knowledge wouldnt have any trouble. Over all love my new tv.

Samsung has always had great TV's and this one is our favorite! We saw it online and the price was unbeatable so we went to our store to view it. Love this TV! fantastic picture, size fits our needs and the price was great. Couldn't be happier. And most TV's now have horrible sound...this one sounds great!

I have purchased multiple Samsung TVs and never have been disappointed. Last year the salesman talked me into going to a 65 inch Sony HD 4K TV and it has been a total disappointment. I purchased this TV for an outside installation can picture is crisp why call other Samsung products that weve purchased.

This Samsung product delivers good picture quality and great smart tv features. Easy to get installed and working. I purchased this recent 50' 4K Samsung to replace a 55' Sony tv in my bedroom. This is the third Samsung product that I have purchased from Best Buy in the past 5 years and I have been pleased with all of them. The new technology features this tv offers makes it very useful for today's versatile entertainment options.

Great TV for the price. 50" TV was a must size brand at a Black Friday price. Samsung has always had quality TV's. This is my 5th Samsung and never had any problems with them. The contrast and picture image is better than any other brand. Only con is that it only has 2 HDMI inports so if you do not have a receiver attached, you will only be able to add (2 items) a disc player, games by system or cable/steaming device (Roku, etc).

This is my first smart tv so I'm still getting used to the picture and everything, but I love my tv. The pages wouldn't load when I tried checking out websites on the internet browser, but other than that it's been working out great.

Great picture quality, sound and appearance. Very easy set up and logics. Lot of ports in long lan port. All this at an excellent price point and a company I trust in electronics.

The picture on this TV is crystal clear, very easy to set up and use. Glad i made this purchase.

Great tv for gaming. The picture can handle the high frame rates of the Xbox one x with the hdr.

We have never had a smart tv. We’ve never actually even had a tv that allows hdmi. We kept waiting for the right fit. I’m so glad we found it. We can stream straight from the tv, plug in our new blu Ray, or gaming device. I even hooked up my laptop recently! I’m so glad I got this great deal!

You can get decent quality for daily tv and video games, good 4k and emulated HDR for the price
