I have tried several times to connect my tv to the Internet, I am so frustrated. All other internet devices work in my house except TV. If I could give this TV a negative star I would. Also the remote control sucks, this was suppose to be a easy set up and use. It’s this TV has the worst set up possible. Stay away from this TV I am returning my TV.

Excellent picture quality as expected from a Samsung TV. Decent sound volume. HDR makes the picture pop. The box had a little dent but nothing major.

Good size and great resolution and wide screen one

I brought it home, set it up, and hooked it to my wifi. I then downloaded the Spectrum app and can now enjoy all my tv shows and more without any cables or additional boxes. It is great on my screened porch.

I moved out on my own, and have been saving for a nice TV for quite awhile. I can say that this is definitely worth the price tag. Picture is always crystal clear even without the 4K dvds. However, I highly recommend upgrading to a 4K blu Ray player and purchasing some 4K movies! 4K Netflix streaming is awesome as well!

The quality of video is amazing. I've watched movies I seen a thousand times and yet on this TV it seems like the first time. My only grip is the lack of HD ports. Just two which I think it should be more.

My first 4K tv, displays is the best. Enjoying 4K content on my Netflix.

The quality/picture of the tv is just amazing Ofcoures the more you pay the better but even though the TV looks great and doesn’t heat up even after a good use. Although it doesn’t have the Bluetooth installed for speakers or your phone it sounds great by itself definitely worth it.

A great tv with four picture options, natural being my favorite, and three different sound settings. This tv is the perfect in both aspects for my bedroom.

Perfect size, lightweight, beautiful design. Image is high definition, very clear. Superb setting, easy to use.

TV is very nice. Picture has good quality. Sound is good. The remote design could be better. Too small, no room for the palm to sit on. Not ergonomic at all.

First time buying a smart TV. It was easy to setup. Love it.

I thought the process was going to be seamless. I ordered on line, had it shipped to my house. When I opened the box the tv was shattered. I had to get a truck so I could bring the delivered one back and exchange it. When I was in the store to do the exchange, the sales associate that brought the tv to the front cartwheeled the tv all the way from the back of the store to the front. These tv's are meant to stay upright. It was fine when I got it home. I won't have a tv shipped again. And I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Literally the best TV I've ever had. No drop in refresh and wifi connection is simple and quick.

I didn’t have high expectations for this tv as it is a bargain “Black Friday” model. I blindly went and bought it, hooked it up and carefully went through settings for setup. Once I had everything set up and the picture adjusted correctly, I was actually wowed at the picture for the money. It has very accurate colors and a lot of good qualities I have seen in pricier models. Movie” picture mode was most accurate. **For watching HDR content via an HDMI connection, it is important to set the 'HDMI UHD Color' on for each HDMI input that will receive the HDR content. This will permit the HDMI port to transmit all the bandwidth needed for HDR** I use a new Roku 4K streaming stick which really compliments the tv well. Only complaint is, the tv only 2 hdmi inputs.

I am absolutely enjoying my new tv and would definitely recommend best but to others.
