    Tv is great other than the fact that It has flickered when you first turn it on since day 1. Some days it’s just a few flickers and some days it lasts for several minutes. We had Samsung come out to repair it for free (within warranty) but that’s been a nightmare (another story/company). Other than that the tv has good picture quality and has a loud setting so the sound is fine for a normal house. Probably wouldn’t get another Samsung considering they’re notorious for flickering.

    I bought this tv mainly for work purposes to hook up to my network. But the applications and the picture quality are so good I will stay after work just to watch a movie on it. And it has 4K which gives you a really great picture if you have an application or device that has 4K movies Available. Fantastic tv for a great price. I would have gotten the 55 inch instead of the 50 but it wouldn’t fit in the space I have on my office wall. The price difference is only about 20 dollars or so.

    This tv has an excellent picture. The smart features are good and generally easy to use. Overall I like it. I would give it 5 stars except for the limited input/output ports. It has 2 HDMI, 1 USB, and only an optical audio output. I would like to have had at least 1 more HDMI and USB, as I have had on other Samsung tv's. A standard pin jack audio out would have been nice as I often us a headset for audio. I was able to purchase a laser/wireless headset, but that was an extra expense. With more pro than con I do consider it a good buy.

    I bought this TV during Thanks Giving Time and TV is way good on picture quality and the list of facilities available was able to connect to the internet quickly and setup went smooth. But still i m having difficulty in mirroring my phone screen to TV and playing anything from TV. Samsung Smart View app supposed to detect the TV when connected to the Same WIFI network, but it doesn't and talking to the Samsung Customer care didnt help. Finally they suggested different app SmartThings by Samsung, but it does not solve my issue completely.

    Was originally going for a 49 inch LG 1080p model, but noticed this 4K model was only $30 more. For the price, I knew I wasn't going to get all the bells and whistles, but didn't care. So I took a chance. Picture is really crisp and I was pleasantly surprised with how good the sound was. Minimal panel leakage. This is Samsung's entry level 50 inch 4K, but it definitely feels more than entry level. The only con I can come up with, is that it only has two HDMI Inputs. If that's a big deal to to you, the next model up has three.

    Bought this since I upgrade my PS4 to the PS4 Pro. I DO NOT regret it! Bought during a pre-black Friday sale for $330 games look great on this TV. only downfall was the User interface of the tv. the game mode setting is not where you would think it to be at (menu > picture > mode). Also and I had to enable a setting in order to get my PS4 to work and get full HDR support. but just minor UI issues that only need to be set once.

    I first purchased an LG 49’ smart tv from Walmart. Overall I wasn’t pleased with resolution or stability of stands.. however the LG I purchased wasn’t on display in Walmart. I immediately returned tv the following day. I then decided to visit Best Buy, The Samsung TVs caught my ATTENTION ASAP. After viewing multiple Samsungs, I finally found one on display perfect for my budget, The 4K resolution and sound is great considering the sales price for a Samsung Tv. I’m very well pleased with outcome!

    I have been wanting to purchase a newer TV. I was waiting for my existing one to die- well it wouldn't die so when the pre-black Friday sales were on and the price so great I bought my New Samsung TV. I love the picture, I am still getting used to the options and apps ( i cut cable last year) and am solely using streaming tv. Sometimes when I turn on the tv it takes a while for the streaming to work ( i have had to unplug the tv to fix it) I need to figure out how to Power Down completely when turning it OFF.

    I purchased this TV to replace my 46 inch 10 year old series 650 Samsung which was excellent to the end. This new 50-inch was extremely easy to set up, connected to the internet directly and has many features I'm just learning to use. Unpacking, stand set-up and activation was easy. Turn it on with the remote (skip the smart phone recommendation) and, using the remote, setup is quick. The picture is excellent. The sound system needs a bit of tweaking but I find it satisfactory for now. I'll be adding a soundbar.

    I’m in the AV business and usually try not to buy “entry level” TV’s. However, for $330 the Samsung 50” NU6900 is an incredible set! It looks great watching a football game (no noticeable lag or shadowing) and 4K movies on Netflix are stunning! Yes, you can spend a whole lot more but on a set this small I’m not sure it’s really worth it. If you can lay your hands on one at Black Friday prices then I’d say go for it!! I would seriously consider moving up to a higher-end model if going above 55” inches though...

    I have a 42 curved Samsung and it is Awesome with the smart hub. So I returned this T.V. and I will wait for that special 70 incher. I saw last weeks Vasiliy Lomachenko vs. Jose Pedraza on ESPN on my friends Vizio 70 inch. It was amazing. You have to get a real feel for quality. If family or a friend have a big flat screen, then go check it out for a game or whatever. You'll be convinced at the quality of these new age flat screens and never leave your NetFlix or Prime again. Satellite ---what is that?

    Listen - there's TV's that cost a heck of a lot more, and a heck of a lot less. I've slowly become brand-loyal to Samsung in the last 10 years for TV's and DVD players. This one does not disappoint. I actually have THREE different sized 7300 series flat screens. I use all with a ROKU stick - I DO NOT recommend using the bulky and difficult to navigate "smart" function on these TV's - Come on Samsung - look to Roku and Apple for great interfaces!!!

    Picture quality is excellent. The onboard apps work ok. I ended up plugging a Roku into the tv for streaming. The Roku is much faster and seems to work better with my internet connection. I couldn’t use several of the apps built in to the television for some reason. They work fine on the Roku. Price was good enough that I don’t care about buying the Roku. I tried one from a different tv first and all my steaming issues disappeared.

    Not a fan of this tv. This tv is somewhat difficult and disappointing. It’s constantly loosing apps or they have to be reset constantly. It’s not a very friendly tv. You have to go through steps constantly to get where you want and then have to go through all the steps again if it gets bumped or accidentally hit the wrong button. Not happy with it. It took Samsung 30 hours to call me back with an issue. Are you serious Samsung, I needed help a day ago with the issue.

    I read the reviews on this particular model.... Had bought a vizio from Walmart for 298 same size 50". It stated it was HDR and 4k how ever when I hooked up my ps4 pro I got none of that. Highly upset I returned it, went to BestBuy in Sugarland and got this Samsung 50", I have had it for a week now and I love it. I couldnt be more happier with this model nu6900 Samsung 50". Not to mention 327.00 as a price from 450.00 was pretty awesome as well.

    I've had it for about 7 months now. Got it for an amazing price! Easy to navigate through the smart hub. Great picture quality, but didn't expect anything less from a Samsung. The volume from the stock speakers is great! I don't usually need to put it on higher than at 10 because I feel like I'm running the surround sound of its higher, and that's 10 out of 100 for all of you who is wondering. Over all great product.

    Our old TV went out. We saw this TV advertised on line. We drove to Best Buy, walked in the door, went straight to the TV section, and there it was in the box and ready to go at the price we wanted to pay. An employee had followed us to the TV area when we came in, so all he had to do was get us rung up, loaded up, and we were home, set up and watching TV - all in less than and hour. Couldn't be happier.

    A Samsung TV should standout in picture quality as compared to TV's for the same price. A Black Friday Samsung should be no different...or so I thought. The picture was just average and not as good as the Sharpe TV sold on Black Friday for a lower price. Best Buy sales people told me it was because inferior parts are used when making TV's for Black Friday. I didn't get why but it led me to return it and get the Sharpe TV. I liked that picture much better.

    This is the 5th Samsung TV I have purchased over the past 7 years. I have loved them all. It is the second smart TV of the group and the largest unit of all. The viewing experience is outstanding. The features and set up was easy. When in the store they have the top of the line models on display. They may have more features. I fail to see a large difference between my model and the top of the line units. That maybe why Samsung has been rated so high for so long. A great TV for the price.

    This one was the replacement I got for the damaged one which was got delivered on 3rd December 2018. Again its not showing anything in the screen. Only audio is coming. Not expected from Samsung. Samsung is ready to do the servicing. But if the TV is not working from day-1, how can i use it for long term? And Samsung/Best buy wont give replacement if it is again got problem after 1 month of purchase... Weird situation
