    This one was the replacement I got for the damaged one which was got delivered on 3rd December 2018. Again its not showing anything in the screen. Only audio is coming. Not expected from Samsung. Samsung is ready to do the servicing. But if the TV is not working from day-1, how can i use it for long term? And Samsung/Best buy wont give replacement if it is again got problem after 1 month of purchase... Weird situation

    Samsung is one of my favorite brands of electronics overall. This TV has a beautiful picture, and is easy to set up. The remote is pretty slick, and minimalistic. It reminds me of Firestick TV remotes. For how big this TV is, it's super light compared to the 10 year old LG it was replacing. My only complaint is that the legs on this one are spaced far apart, so make sure you measure the TV stand you are placing it on top of. I had to get a new stand. Overall I love this TV.

    This TV was a birthday present from the wife (read: she gave me permission to buy it for my birthday.) The video quality is outstanding, I like how it switches inputs automatically when I power on my PS4. The built in apps are kinda slow and clunky but I just use my Roku Stick. On that note, some have said the USB port can't power a Roku Stick but I've not had a problem with mine (SD Roku Stick.) My hearing is poor so I can't really comment on the sound. I'm very happy with my purchase.

    Love my new smart tv, works great except a few times a week the channel i am on looses sound, but as soon as I change channels sound is back on. A little quirk but not worth the pain of lugging it back to the store for an exchange...love that I can get the apps and internet and on my way to cut the cable cord. It has a great picture but sound out of tv could be a little better. May get a sound bar to enhance sound. Overall I really like it!

    Got this on sale at a really good price (less than $350). After going into store decided this was the largest size we wanted for the living room space we have. Works well with the sound bar purchased at the same time. I realized I purchased the lowest end of the range but wanted to confirm 4k was worth it. It is! Very happy with the picture, colors. It does shudder slightly on fast moving action movies but just not ready to shell out hundreds to $1000 more to get that feature.

    I absolutely looovvveeeee this TV!! I got it on Black Friday for $327, that’s a steal! Put it in my bedroom and hooked up my Firestick, GOW XBox 1 and my cable box and everything looks great and sounds great! This TV deserves to be mounted, do not sit it on anything! My only gripe is that it only has 2 HDMI Ports but I got a splitter and it’s fine. I don’t have to keep switching between my XBox and Firestick, that was annoying. Otherwise, I’m so glad I purchased when I did.

    Streaming Apps

    My only issue with this TV is that every time, I turn the TV on, you have to do a reset in order for you to stream the apps, in which requires you to input your information each time. I called Samsung TV an explain the issue to the representative and all she did was what I previously stated through troubleshooting. I'm disappointed in this Samsung product. Loyal customer of Samsung...

    I bought this TV going off of the information that Best Buy had posted about this product when I received it it does not have HDR and it does not have Bixby voice command. Do your research before you buy this product don't go off of what Best Buy has posted about this product because their information is not accurate or correct! I return this item and upgrade it to the higher 8 series which actually has HDR and Bixby voice command

    We found this deal for Black Friday, and got a wonderful TV! Great picture quality and sound. The only downfall is fewer connections (only 2 HDMI ports and no audio (red/white)/video (yellow) connections). I was aware of the fewer HDMI ports, but was not aware of the missing audio/video until I tried to hook something up at home. I understand that is an outdated connection, so I am not too worried about it. The limited ports is the reason for the 4 star instead of 5 star.

    We have a 65 in. Samsung in the same line and we love it so got this one for our bedroom. It's such a better picture than our last one and as an additional surprise, the sound quality is also very good. This was also an absolute steal at $327 so how can you go wrong. I have determined that with their price match policy and extensive line of appliances and electronics, Best Buy indeed jut st that, the place to go the get the best buy on all purchases like this.

    Excellent picture, excellent sound, great price! I've been needing to upgrade my TV and this works for a master bedroom or average sized living room. As a gamer, the quality of this TV surpassed my expectations and while I've seen some complaints about the wifi, I think that might have more to do with someone's internet speed and connection than it does the TV. I've yet to have an issue. Definitely would recommend this to anyone.

    This was my first Samsung tv after owning everything else samsung in the house. At initial set up the tv kept rebooting itself. I spoke to customer support, upgraded the firmware and it was decided the tv needed a repair. It is a brand new TV, I shouldn't have to request a repair. I will be returning to the store for this defective TV.

    My girlfriend and I bought this togather was her first quality TV she absolutely loves it in her living room was extremely about the app she couldn't sleep until she got the app to work I found her in the living room at 3 o'clock am now she went out and bought a Samsung blue ray player just to connect it to the app lol should have took a picture would had made a good advertisement picture cute nerd girl playing with new TV

    I purchased this tv as a Black Friday special. At the time i was unaware that this model was made specifically for Black Friday purchases. The screen quality is terribly poor. I can not clearly read any writing on the screen and it appears glazy. I would not recommend this TV... it was a waste of money. You’re better off to spend a little more and make the investment in a better model !!!

    This was a big, time-intensive purchase for me, as I've used the same Sony Bravia for about 9 years. I'm very happy with the size and weight of this product, and the picture quality is good. It does take some time and tweaking, however, if you aren't a fan of the "soap opera" effect. For the price, I am satisfied with the result. But I might have looked at a different product if it weren't on sale.

    I got this tv for the Black Friday sale last fall and I absolutely love it! The picture and sound quality is amazing! It was so great that after my mother tested it she felt the need to go get one for herself shortly afterward. The only thing I’ve had issues with is that the remote has a ton of buttons and it’s not the easiest to operate without looking at it sometimes, but it’s still plenty doable and the actual tv makes up for it by far.

    First, I was surprised at how light the TV is. This doesn't mean much except when you are moving it. Since, we're first moving in and doing renovations, we're doing a lot of that. Second, plug it in and you get TV right away. We stream everything so we're not used to getting TV by plugging it in any more. I was very impressed with the speed that the TV came to us. Really, I can't think of a single negative for this TV.

    I am really happy with my Samsung TV in all aspects except the reflective nature of the screen. It is a high-gloss screen, and therefore shows a lot of reflections. This is especially noticeable when watching something that is fairly dark, such as a nighttime scene in a movie, and there are lights or windows behind you. Turning off the rear lights does help, but getting windows completely blacked out is challenging.

    This Samsung TV is the easiest to set up and has all of my media content on the main page. Being able to switch from Netflix to digital antenna to cable program is so fast and allows me to access my content whenever I want, with minimal effort. Also, the sound quality of the internal speakers is amazing. My last LED TV had the worst speakers and it was hard to hear anything at a low volume. The sound with this TV is very crisp and the picture is dynamic.

    We replaced an older TV with this UHD Samsung TV and we're happy with our purchase . I had no trouble setting it up except that there were 4 small metric screws missing to attach the two feet ( the manual tells you what size they are , thankfully ) , and I had no problem finding them at our local hardware store . Otherwise , we're enjoying the UHD picture quality and the sound from the TV speakers is not bad either .
