I like the TV, however I may have received a defected unit. When I turn the volume up between 20-25 the speakers make a crackling sound. I also noticed discoloration on the back when I pulled it out the box. I will be going to exchange it.

Excellent television. The quality of it is amazing.. my only complaint is that it doesn’t want to turn on at times and I have to unplug it and plug it back in for it to come on. Has only happened twice since I purchased it.

We’ve only had this a couple of weeks and really enjoy the picture, size and sound. It pairs well with optical connection sound bar and easily connects to our internet.

Great tv for the price. Nothing too fancy, but great picture and quality. Sound isn’t too loud - might need a different equipment. The actual system is a little confusing - the smart tv aspects.

I like Samsung, and have found most of their products to be very dependable. But I seem to be having a bad run with Samsung TVs. I bought this to replace a 9-year-old plasma screen Samsung that craved more electricity than the wiring in my apartment could provide. Setup was simple, and overall the picture was very decent but it took on a washed-out look from an angle. The sound was also at least as decent as my hearing, although I was startled to realize how often I was cranking the volume up to 40- or 50-something. Still, I was very satisfied, especially for the price. Then part of the screen started fading to black a few days ago, roughly 5 months after the warranty expired. The attached photo was taken tonight. So, by my math, it worked long enough that owning it only cost 66 cents a day ($346 divided by 520 days) before I needed to start looking for a replacement.
