Worst tv ever. Won't update OS, for major sports apps, and the art function is useless.

Thank you for your review. For optimal performance, we ask that you please ensure you've got the latest firmware version installed on your Frame TV. You can check this by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.
You can also download the update on a USB drive and manually update your TV: 1. On Samsung's website (upper right corner), go to: Support > Manuals & Software > Find your TV model. 2. Download the update and extract it to the root of a USB thumb drive. (Do not put it in any folders on the thumb drive.) 3. Connect the USB thumb drive to a USB port on your TV. 4. Navigate to Settings > Support > Software Update, select Update Now, and then select Yes. 5. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the updated software.
You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care

The overpriced tv that keeps taking your $$$

I have wanted a Frame TV for years and was so excited to get my new TV for Christmas. I had even found where Samsung would give the art store for 1 year free. When I got the tv mounted, my first reaction that it was a lot of hype for what they gave you. I followed the instructions for the art store promo as it said on the Samsung, but it only gave me a 1 month subscription and then charged me $56 for the annual subscription. You would think, considering the exorbitant cost of this tv that they could at least give you the art store, which is, after all what you bought this overpriced tv for to begin with, but buyer beware because they absolutely did not give me art store,no. Even though I just spent an overpriced amount for this art tv feature, Samsung wants you to pay for it every year, starting on the second month you own it. Really, I think that this is what one is buying the Frame tv for, and it is ridiculous and exploitative to charge customers to use the feature that you bought it for. I believe there are better alternatives. The whole thing leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I wish I had bought something else. It’s just not worth it.

Just screen savers not art.

Not exactly what I expected. It’s not really a framed piece of art, just more screen savers, nost of which art photographs. Sales person said this was an OLED TV, it’s a QLED, and that the $1,100. price was the lowest it would be before Christmas. The price has gone done to $895 so I am very unhappy about that. As they say BUYER BEWARE. Very disappointed in Best Buy.

NEVER BUY OPEN BOX FROM BEST BUY

I originally called customer service about the open box item and was told that the item was available and was complete. The agent i spoke to also told me that he had eyes on the item in the store. I paid for the item and drove 1 hour to pick it up. When i arrived and saw the the TV it did not have a box and was missing major components. The agent i spoke to lied and was not in the store and never got eyes on it. On top of that the sales associate nor the manager helped in any way. There was no discount on a new tv or discount on missing parts no coupon for future purchase. Barely an apology. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Never again Best Buy.
