NEVER BUY OPEN BOX FROM BEST BUY
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I originally called customer service about the open box item and was told that the item was available and was complete. The agent i spoke to also told me that he had eyes on the item in the store. I paid for the item and drove 1 hour to pick it up. When i arrived and saw the the TV it did not have a box and was missing major components. The agent i spoke to lied and was not in the store and never got eyes on it. On top of that the sales associate nor the manager helped in any way. There was no discount on a new tv or discount on missing parts no coupon for future purchase. Barely an apology. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Never again Best Buy.
