While it is very slim and visually aesthetic on the wall, the mounting setup was very difficult for one person. The Samsung smart things software that you use to setup Art mode could also be better as it was very buggy in my experience. The TV itself is very good with nice picture quality and impressive sound for the built in speakers.

Purchased the 50 inch version of the TV, bought it online and picked up at the local store. Store had it ready in under an hour and brought it out to my car for me. As for the TV it was relatively easy to install. First I used the included feet to put on a table. After a few days I mounted it to the wall with the included wall mount. It took a minute or two to figure out the mounting process, but once I figured it out it was easy. One note the template didn't match the mounting brackets for me. The TV itself has a beautiful picture and the artwork looks very good. I was also surprised at how good the sound quality is. I feel like most flat screen TV's speakers aren't very good. But the sound on this was very good.

Samsung makes great TV products, and this one was no exception. Easy to install, viewing is excellent. We had scheduled the squad to come in and help with installation, but we were able to do it ourselves! We are very pleased.

I absolutely loved our frame TV! It was so worth the price. It’s very slim to the wall, has way better sound then our last tv and looks just like a picture frame. Would highly recommend.

First, let me say the no glare screen is awesome even with a window facing the screen. Now, for my big disappointment -it is the audio. Sorry the audio is just horrible and I have a hard time comprehending the superb audio software that samsung is advertising in their description. It sounds like that preset "hall" and is very tinned sounding. I was gonna buy the q or s series soundbar, however I can't justify the purchase for, I fear it will sound the same at. So, I just hooked up my polk sound soundbar and dag, what an immense difference. I can actual watch my shows without my ears hurting. Now, in all fairness I do have sound issues. The picture is awesome and gaming is great. Ask Alexa to find a show and she does with ease showing all apps showing the show. The only downfall is i have to ask Alexa to open paramount for after extensive research and following directions on adding app to the home screen I have struck out. You can easily remove apps on home screen that are installed. Directions on changing, modifying screen etc are less tha desirable. Companies today just dont want to be bothered with printed manual anymore neglect ing consumers who use screens to read due to eye issues. AGAIN GREAT PICTURE.

The anti-glare aspect is really undersold as that part is amazing. Looks like a great picture frame and works great as a tv. Stock speakers also surprisingly good.

Fun to have. Slick on the wall. The blacks on it are not very good, but otherwise the picture is pretty good.

We bought this for our living room because I wanted something that did not look like a black box on the wall. The picture quality is so much better than I expected! I love being able to choose the art, and it looks so pretty in the space. It was easy to install and I would definitely recommend!

Good product wish it was more flexible in the auto rotation function. and ability to click through images

It looks very nice in our bedroom after installation. The additional frame really makes it look more natural on our wall, like a nice piece of art.

The picture is not as crisp as other TV's of that bracket. It seems a little washed out. Tried adjusting but got it just a bit better. Sound is pretty good considering it sits so flat on the wall.

Wonderful tv. Bought open box and got half off was pretty much brand new. Good screen quality, the frame aspect is pretty cool, prettt good speaker upgrade compared to my last tv, and hangs nice!

My wife loves the Frame TV. She has purchased art and hanging over the fireplace it looks amazing

TV is great, but Samsung does not disclose in marketing that unless special measures are taken prior to installation, a cord and box will show as being connected to the TV, such that the unit will not resemble artwork, rather than a TV, as intended.

We were so happy with our first frame TV we bought a second one. They are so fun! Click is easy to use, TV picture and sound are great, and we LOVE the art! We bought the gold frame and it works well!

Great picture, the matte finish really adds to the art look while also reducing glare. The only issue I have with these tvs is the questionable reliability with the one connect boxes.

I absolutely love this tv above my fireplace. I used to change my artwork out for seasonal changes. No more! Now I can change it whenever I want. I also have the added benefit of watching tv in this room whenever I want. It works perfect for me and was exactly what I wanted!
