We are used to a little bit more realistic facial tones and the tones on the Samsung are rather bright, other than that it's excellent QLED 4 K is great. Great BB installation

Only criticism is that when the scene displayed has mostly white or light background, the contrast is too bright. I think there may be a way to adjust this, haven't found it yet. Does very well with fast motion.

Despite many phone calls, emails and visits by the Geek squad the problem could not be solved

Please know, your TV features Multi-output Audio which allows you output audio from both your TV speakers and Bluetooth headphones simultaneously. When this function is active, you can set the volume of the Bluetooth headphone higher than the volume of the TV speaker

The picture is very crisp, but a bit too bright making some colors washed out. Love the 'smart tv' features to be able to watch our aps right from the TV, and not having to hook up the lap top.

Thank you for choosing Samsung's Q60A TV and for sharing details of your image quality. If you are uncomfortable with the default brightness settings, you can customize the brightness level between 0 – 50 to your preference. Go to Home > Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Brightness.
You can also try different Picture Modes to see which best fits your needs. Go to Home > Settings > Picture > Picture Mode for the below choices:
1) Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience.
3) Movie: Is suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
5) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.

I absolutely love this tv. The picture is absolutely beautiful and it's great for ultra hd blu rays and my xbox one looks gorgeous on this tv. It's a great price and well worth getting.

As you can imagine, it was quite a change for us coming into the 21st century, but it was a happy change. Our salesperson Bobby took the time to explain the differences between the manufacturer's products to help us make the decision. The Geek Squad hung it on the wall with the 4D mount which is fun to maneuver for best viewing angle. We quickly learned how to use the two remote controls to select programs. The screen display is magnificent. My only complaint is that in a room full of windows, it's difficult to make it dark enough to avoid glare in the daytime.

Make sure you sync the remote to the TV upon first start (we had trouble figuring this out). After that, setup was easy. The apps load quick and the image is super sharp and crisp. Works well with wifi and hard wired.

Viewing angles arent the best and the lack of 120hz for gaming is unfortunate. But OS is snappy and colors are vibrant and it gets quite bright in SDR content but some dark HDR scenes can appear too dim

It’s a HUGE upgrade from my old tv, and not outrageously expensive. I’d highly recommend to anyone who’s looking for a mid priced upgrade. Only downside, like most new TVs, is that the speakers aren’t great.

Try viewing Octopus Teacher on this set. Absolutely gorgeous. It's so detailed that I think I'm on the set with the actors. That's good and bad. A little too real in my home. Amazing quality for the price!

The one downfall would be the sound quality. The speakers are small and therefore not very good so we have to turn the tv almost all the way up to hear it.
