It is awesome I find, however, that navigating the controls is problematic. Thankfully “Alexa” has baled me out of the screen maze several times. It probably lack of understanding of the system.

Checked settings and we have the brightness set to max. Turned off the motion smoothness for a more normal picture. Gaming is pretty good. Overall a nice set, but should be cheaper.

To optimize the Smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care
This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps.
Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.

Picture is bright and clear. I do wish it had more than 2 hdmi connections. I fixed that with a 4k hdmi switch. Otherwise great price lots of value in its connected tv features.

CON: The remote is solar powered but doesn't charge unless you PURCHASE a Samsung charger which is not included. The remote is also very slim and not very big.
