We appreciate you sharing your experience with the screen abnormalities you are seeing on your Q60A TV. Please run a Picture Test to determine if the problem is caused by the TV. Picture Test displays a high-definition picture you can examine for flaws or faults. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test
If this occurs on all sources and the picture test, this will require service. Please contact Samsung Customer Support for further troubleshooting assistance or for setting up a warranty service appointment. You can reach us at 1-800-SAMSUNG (ask for TVs), available 8AM - 12AM EST, 7 days a week.
