To their credit Samsung issued a full refund on that TV. Both suffer from jittering/juttering. Viewing angles are terrible on this TV. Straight ahead the color is great but sit off to the left or right and the color gets washed out. My 5 yr. old Insignia has a better picture. Would not buy this TV again.

Your Q60A is designed with Dual LED technology which allows the TV to balance color and brightness more accurately than conventional Edge Lighting arrangements. Samsung TVs with Dual LED also produce a wider viewing angle, making it better for everybody watching. Starting with our Q70A, our models feature a Wide Viewing Angle designed to let you see the full picture with brilliant color — no matter where you're sitting. From our QN90A Neo QLED Series on up, our models feature Ultra Viewing Angle allowing you to see every detail at any angle. Ultra Viewing Angle gives you the consistent detailed picture, even when sitting off to the side.
For optimal motion image performance, you may want to adjust the picture clarity setting by going to: Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Picture Clarity Settings
- Off: Picture Clarity Settings will always be off
- Auto: Picture Clarity Settings will automatically activate and deactivate based on the type of program being watched
- Custom: Allows custom adjustments and settings to be used. By selecting the Custom option, you can access these advanced settings for Judder Reduction, LED Clear Motion, and Noise Reduction.
