They kept me informed during the entire process and I was very pleased with their work. I definitely would ask for them to work on my vehicles in the future. Samsung let down

They are failing soon after the warranty expires. I will not recommend any of Samsung upper end tvs to anyone until Samsung improves the quality. The first two days of ownership I noticed the screen had the appearance like the screen was hit. It goes into a reset mide and a large QDot appears on the screen and it boots up to operate normally. It failed to turn on after less than a year and half of light use. It was only used about 4hrs every other day. Sum days wouldn't watch it.
