    I had my eye on this particular tv, watching for sale prices. I covered a lot of reviews, both pro & con, yet this tv came through as a great deal. I wish there was a better way of gauging it's real performance better in the store. Like how the color diminishes as you move left or right of dead center. Still, love the set.

    The 4K screen actually is pretty nice and comes with free online tv but actually hooking up a regular antenna didn't work. The remote is annoying as hell, if any button gets pressed you have to click the back button every time even when you don't know where it is on top of it being Bluetooth so it can be anywhere. The main menu sucks and is hard to navigate with tons of built in ads and stuff you won't use. Audio is atrocious on it like they want you to buy a sound bar. Main menu really should've been thought out better.

    The tv itself was perfect and in excellent condition. Once i showed up to pick it up, i discovered that the solar paneled remote wasnt with it. The store associate said he would go get it for me as it was supposed to be included. I bought it as an open box in excellent condition so all the original samsung parts were supposed to be included. After they looked for the remote for 30 mins. a store supervisor told me that they couldnt find it and instead they would give me an offbrand universal remote. I was really disappointed in them because i was looking forward to having that specific remote. There are features on the tv that i cant access without that remote. I looked up the remotes online amd a replacement remote cost $99. I feel like they owe me a remote and they should make it right.

      Thank you for choosing the 2021 Q60A QLED TV and for your review. There are several volume features you can enable/disable/adjust to your liking.

      1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input.

      2) Adaptive Volume automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while you are watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source.

      3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > Sound > Sound Mode

      Also, some sources have their own volume control which might be set too low. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try cable connection again.

    For my wonderful fabulous television that I bought. 50 in Samsung. Wonderful picture clarity and The geek squad did a great job in orienting me to the new television. Overall, it was a great experience. Best buy's a good place to buy electronics and other Best buy items.

    Good picture and sound. However, the remote is the biggest hassle of all. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Also, when turning on the TV it can't find network connection and we have to restart it. Happened on multiple occasions. Better than the last TV we had though.

      Hi ZBOHAR,

      Thank you for your review of Samsung’s Q60A TV and for sharing your experience with connectivity issues, as well as your remote not working intermittently. If you press any key on the remote, and the LED indicator at the top of your remote stays on for about 3 seconds rather than blinking, please try the following steps to reset your remote:

      1) Long press the RETURN key and ENTER key together for about 10 seconds you’re your remote was once paired already with the TV, you do not need to re-pair it again. However, if it was not paired with the TV, pairing must be done after the reset.
      2) The RETURN key is on the left side of your remote and looks like a curved, backwards pointing arrow.
      3) The ENTER key is the button in the center of your directional ring.

      The interface issue you are describing may be related to your network connection and quality.
      We suggest you try the following:
      1. Use 5G Wi-Fi if possible
      2. Try wired LAN if available
      3. Try repositioning the router so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router

      We also recommend you check that your TV is running the latest firmware.
      Using your TV's remote, navigate to Settings, and select Support. Select Software Update, and then select Update Now. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically. If there aren't any new updates, select OK to exit.

      You may want to enable automatic updates for conveniences.
      Select Settings- Support- Software Update, then select Auto Update.

    Garbage. The display crapped out barely a year after I purchased it--just after Samsung's nice short warranty ended. Convenient! Since I was foolish enough to use my Best Buy credit card buying it, I didn't get the extended warranty coverage that I'd get using my other card. I suppose I just didn't expect Samsung to be selling straight up trash. Now I'm the proud owner of a Samsung 50" paperweight. Best Buy might want to notify Samsung that they are permenently losing customers due to Samsung's shameful quality.

    this tv is great for playing games on it, like xbox one x, ps4 and Wii U. also you can download a lot of apps for it and get tv channels over the internet. if yo can find it on sale and thinking about getting a tv, you might want to consider getting this one.

    It’s okay but if you need a wide viewing angle this isn’t the one for you. All of the color washes out and the image is hard to see. Seems fine when you are more or less straight in front of screen

    So far the TV has worked great. Still learning some of it's features. Don't care much for the remote. Too many features for too few buttons. Need a manual of its functions to use. Bring back the older remotes with single function buttons.

    I originally ordered the TU8000 but it arrived with a software issue and kept turning on and off. After a few phone calls and talking to 6 different people I finally got someone to set up the return. Points for upgrading me to the Q60A for no addt'l charge. Great TV so far.
