    Brendan of the Geek Squad was very helpful and accomodating. When it was discovered that the sales person had not put the asked for sound bar on the order, he went back to the store and got one and came back and installed it.

    For the money, a great TV. Picture quality is excellent but the software is weak and the refresh rate, 60 hz, is too slow. Sports and action movies "not so great". But the price is certainly right for someone wanting QLED for a reasonable price.

    This my 3rd electric kettle and by far the best one. It heats water up really quickly, and I love the presets. The design is really nice, it feels sturdy, and it lights up when turn it on. I wouldn’t change a thing.

    I love my new TV and all of the help to start learning how to use the pieces that go with the TV! Those pieces are new for Seniors! BUT I love the challenge!! Many thanks for all of your support and help in buying this FANTASTIC TV!!

    Remote too complicated

    Great TV but the remote is hard to use. It's too complicated. Good thing the old remote will still control the set. Be sure to get a Geek to explain it to you then good luck remembering how to do it when you get home. Would give it five stars if it wasn't for the remote.

    Pretty decent for a smaller room

    Bought this to replace a 10 year old 1080i tv so the image quality and screen refresh rate was a huge upgrade. The reason for 4 stars is the enclosure felt really flimsy and felt I was going to break it when I was hanging it or while pulling/turning the screen.

    This TV was purchased for my mother who, at 92, needed a bigger and more defined image. She loves it. She was able to come up to speed on all the new features as well as navigate to her favorite apps. Setup was a breeze.

    I went to Best Buy to see the Geek Squad to repair my I-phone. One Minute to get it working again. Love the geek Squad. Also during that visit I purchased a pair of ear buds. They work great.

    Great Tv, just which the outlet plug hadn't been bent and that the original remote came with the TV (I had to go back to Bestbuy and get the correct remote)

    The picture is great. Not having a hard copy of instructions to navigate items like hooking up analog VCR or DVD to the digital TV which I'm still working on.

From there, you can select the Q60A TV under QLED 4K TVs > A Model Lineup to download the guides you would like.     Always get Samsung or LG - solid deal when you get on sale. Compare to Costco. Interface is ok - but easy to get to major apps.

    The TV works fine. Find I have to reinstall some apps constantly to get them to work and Directv Stream isn’t compatible with it and Bally Sports Midwest isn’t even available. Wish I had considered the fact that not all apps would work before I purchased this model. I definitely would’ve chosen another model or brand. But, it’s fine for now and I’ll know better next time. I would only recommend this tv with the disclaimer about certain apps not working or not being available at all.
