    The TV has worked well. No complaint so far. I do wish there was a sleep timer available on the remote instead of searching for it in the setup.

    This tv is good for a basic tv. Colors and contrast are not the best but you are paying for what you get. Not a fan of the new Samsung remote either.

    So far so good brought the TV black Friday sale. I need better speakers sound is not loud for a big TV. Definitely need a sound bar or surroundsound system.

    Very good image and built in apps. Samsung oled technology really makes a difference compared to my previous 4k tv I had (also Samsung)

    Have not had a bad experience at BB as of yet. Been using them for 15 years or so. It is missing a pixel so I will see what can be done about that.

    Needed a TV in a hurry and this one was in stock. Agree with most of the reviews, I have to turn the volume up to a 100 to hear clearly, sometimes the actors’ mouths and the sound don’t match up, and somehow 50 inches looks a full 10 inches smaller than the 55” tv I had previously. Overall just okay.

      Thank you for purchasing the Samsung QN85A TV and for sharing your experience with sound delays. Please be sure your firmware is up to date with version 1805.4 which includes updates to address lip sync or audio delays that you are experiencing. You can check this by going to: Settings > Support > Software Update.

      Additionally, there are several volume features you can enable/disable/adjust to your liking.

      1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input.

      2) Adaptive Volume automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while you are watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source.

      3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > Sound > Sound Mode

      Also, some sources have their own volume control which might be set too low. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try cable connection again.
