    After putting this tv in by bedroom and less than a month of owning it. I think it's a great tv. But the sound is a little lower then normal.

    Samsung products are notoriously unreliable but I didn’t listen and now I have a $600 paperweight as right outside of warranty it has stopped working completely. They are charging about half the price of the original TV to *attempt* to repair it.

    Remote does not properly pair with the Spectrum remote. Sometimes ti turns the TV off, sometimes not.

    Not Happy With This Model

    Samsung generally makes good products. This was an exception. After 22 months of limited use (2-4 hours per week), the picture developed black splotches and the power started cycling on and off. I can replace the TV for less than the repair cost estimates.

    Tv was good at first then I noticed some horizontal lines & thought nothing much of it, but as if today at 4:00am my TV just stopped playing hbo & the screen started flickering black like it was turning off & on. Went to go check my warranty & of course warranty is expired already..

    Can’t change picture quality to what I would like. I believe need to use better quality hmi cable which I purchased and tech didn’t use.

      Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the picture quality of your new Q60A QLED TV. If the picture you are seeing out-of-the-box are not to your liking, there are several picture settings you may want to try adjusting.

      You can select the Picture Mode that provides the best viewing experience. Go to Home > Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
      1) Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
      2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience.
      3) Movie: Is suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
      4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
      5) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.

      You can also go to: Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > to manually fine tune your image.
