Wouldn’t buy again

It’s so low. We need to have the volume up past 60 to hear what would normally be at a 25 volume. The only way to enjoy this tv is adding a speaker to it which is another expense.

Thank you for choosing the 2021 Q60A QLED TV and for your review. There are several volume features you can enable/disable/adjust to your liking.
1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input.
2) Adaptive Volume automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while you are watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source.
3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > Sound > Sound Mode
Also, some sources have their own volume control which might be set too low. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try cable connection again.

They run on bluetooth. When you use the remote for one tv, the other tv turns on or off. Plus, when you work the remote's buttons, they are actually operating the second tv. I had to return one of the tv's in order to have one work... i would suggest dropping bluetooth and go back to IR technology for tv remotes...

Expensive purchases should last way long than this. This is my 3rd samsung TV in under 10 years. Never again will i purchase a samsing product.
