    Grey lines on bottom of screen after 18 months. Warranty only covers a year—I am not sure if it’s just the norm for TV’s to burn out this quick but very unfortunate.

    This TV only lasted 1 year, start to turn on and off by itself just after 1 year, outside it's warranty! I had Samsung products all my life, this is sad to see.

    If you are in the market for Smart TV, avoid The Best Buy at Long Island City and the Samsung - 50" Class Q60A Series QLED. It looks to me they Packaged the refurbished TV as brand new. Imagine if you have to return TV and home theater twice.

    Unfortunately, we have returned this TV and are upgrading to the Q80. The Q60 is lit from the edges. If you are not facing the TV directly, the color fades on the edges. Best Buy tech squad is the best.

    No manual with the tv and not able to change the colors. Everyone is white as a ghost and the screen is very bright.

    I purchased this TV on Dec 21, 2021. On Dec 23,2022 it is not working. Trying to get warranty information and have been told several different things. Transferred to another number for tech support and after 50 minutes on the line with someone who really could not help me I asked for her to transfer me to someone who could help me and she did not. When I asked for her name and or supervisor she did not do this. After 50 minutes I finally got an appointment for 5 days from now. I am having a hard time believing that I bought one year ago does not work and it is this difficult to get any help with it. I will not buy a Samsung TV again and I will be buying my next TV elsewhere

    If you’re not going OLED, then this is fine. BUT my new LG OLED looks better and has a much better interface.

    The picture quality is meh compared to cheaper options with a larger screen (Hisense 55H8G). I expected a lot more with it being Samsung, but I have been so frustrated with the laggy OS, and the ad filled apps that you can’t remove from the tv. This is an awful TV that I wish I hadn’t purchased .

To optimize your picture quality, please be sure your firmware is up to date with version 1805.4 which includes picture quality updates. You can check this by going to: Settings > Support > Software Update.

      If this firmware version is not yet available on your TV, you can download the update on a USB drive and manually update your TV:
      1. On Samsung's website (upper right corner), go to: Support > Manuals & Software > Find your TV model.
      2. Download the update and extract it to the root of a USB thumb drive. (Do not put it in any folders on the thumb drive.)
      3. Connect the USB thumb drive to a USB port on your TV.
      4. Navigate to Settings > Support > Software Update, select Update Now, and then select Yes.
      5. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the updated software.

      If the picture you are seeing is not to your liking after performing any necessary firmware updates, there are several picture settings you may want to try adjusting.

      You can select the Picture Mode that provides the best viewing experience. Go to Home > Settings > Picture > Picture Mode for the below choices:
