    I ended up returning this television. It did not have a clear picture. Sound was hard to adjustst. I was not impressed.

    Do not buy unless you don't mind being stuck on 16:9 format that is all you can get! I hate this TV wish i never had bought!! 1 year later the screen got lines, but that god i have geek squad to come fix this peace of crap!! DO NOT BUY THIS TV trust me!

To assist you in learning the various features, functions, and settings of your TV and remote, you can download the Q60A TV's User Manual, e-Manual, Remote Control Leaflet, and Quick Setup Guide on Samsung's website under ‘Support’ (top right corner) > Manuals & Software > TVs & Home Theater. From there, you can select the Q60A TV under QLED 4K TVs > A Model Lineup to download the guides you would like.

      The e-Manual is also embedded into the TV itself under Settings > Support > Open e-Manual.

    Very disappointed in this TV and it's issue with the speaker & volume. I've have to keep changing the decibles to high numbers depending on what channel is being watched. I had to purchase a sound bar that is about to be installed and mounted to the TV. Hopefully that will solve the problem. This should not have been necessary. I am not hard of hearing.

      1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input.

      2) Adaptive Volume automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while you are watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source.

      3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > Sound > Sound Mode

    Had this TV for 12 months, 3 weeks. Started sbowing a pixel line across the bottom and all the way across the screen. NEVER BEEN TOUCHED. NOW TRASH. Have bought samsung tvs for years. First problem I have ever had.

      You can select the Picture Mode that provides the best viewing experience. Go to Home > Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
      1) Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
      2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience.
      3) Movie: Is suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
      4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
      5) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.

    Smart hub problem

    Would not open apps menu, smart hub stuck in updating mode. Samsung Support could not fix the problem either. Even when I did factory reset it would delete certain apps then couldn’t open the apps to try to get them back.

      Hi Problem,

      Thank you for purchasing the Samsung Q60A TV. I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue where your TV becomes unresponsive when updating.

      Please try a few troubleshooting steps that may help solve the issue:

      1) Check the power cable for damage and proper connection.

      2) If the cable is bent, broken, kinked, pinched, pressed excessively (possibly by a heavy object on top of it) or damaged, this is likely the cause of the issue. Replace the cable.

      3) Unplug the TV from the wall outlet for 30 seconds, and then plug it back in.

      4) If the power cycling allows enough time in between powering on and off, try updating the TV to the latest firmware (version 1807.2) if you haven't already. There is a risk, however. If the TV turns off during the software update, it could damage the TV. Updates can take up to 30 minutes depending on network speed, so if the TV is not turning off too frequently, try updating the software.

      If the issue persists after these steps, then the TV will likely need service. Please contact us so that we can better investigate your issue and assist you towards a solution or replacement. Call us at 1-800-SAMSUNG (ask for TVs), available 8AM - 12AM EST, 7 days a week.

    Burned Out TV

    This was not a good tv. The picture went out in about 4 hours. I am waiting for a replacement and I'll cross my fingers it doesn't burn out as well. Other than being slow, Best Buy has been good.

    Bought this TV in Dec. 2021 after a toy went through my old one. Still works like brand new 3 years later with it being played non stop by three kids and their gaming/ you tube binges. Definitely worth the money

    We've only had rhe Samsung TV for about a month, but it has been amazing so far. Its sound is directed seamlessly to our older sound bar via optical cable. The old Visio soundbar can be controlled through the Samsung remote -- very nice!! Dolby mode works great. Also, the TV is super thin. Colrs are great.

    TV worked fined in the beginning, nice picture and nice features. Then, I turned it on one day and the screen pixelated, goes black, and goes through a constant power cycle. Of course the warranty is over (1 year). TV went into the trash after a little over just a year. I guess having a TV to work for more than a few years is expecting too much these days. Will never by a Samsung ever again. Don’t wasted your money.
