The picture quality is great and crystal clear . I just found out that Jay from Chicago PD has freckles that is how clear the picture is. It lets me know if I need to change the resolution on my cable settings. I haven’t figured out all the things it does yet cause I have been enjoying watching all my programs. The sound is good. I also purchased a sound bar which makes a big difference. It makes me feel like I’m at the theater when watching a tv show. I would definitely recommend this TV.

But when I viewed the Samsung next to the Sony I purchased the Samsung. Clearly a brighter more crisp picture. Colors right out of the box were perfect no adjustments necessary. Even though the TV had its own built in streaming capability I also purchased a Roku streaming stick to provide ultimate flexibility as well as portability. Should have made the move sooner but so glad I finally got around to doing it. Very pleased!

Thank you for choosing Samsung's Q60A TV and for sharing your feedback regarding the sound quality. There are several sound settings you can adjust to suit your personal sound preferences.
Change the Sound Mode by going to: Settings > Sound > Sound Mode
You can also customize the sound with Expert Settings by going to: Settings > Sound > Expert Settings
Another feature of your TV is OTS Lite (Object Tracking Sound Lite) which means that there are strategically placed dynamic speakers that track the action and move the sound around you. If you have, or plan on adding a Samsung Q-Series Soundbar, please take advantage of Q-Symphony which synchronizes both your TV speakers and soundbar to give you an excellent surround experience.
