Product is great. But I ordered & paid for a new TV they delivered an open box item. That was disappointing.

We love this TV, set up was great we didn’t have to have the universal remote in order to get a numbered remote as tech guy was able to program tv through our Comcast remotes!

I only purchase my tv’s from BestBuy and I only buy Samsung TV’s. Great quality at an afffordable price.

Great TV for gaming for the price. It has a lot of gaming features and interacts with your PlayStation 5

Very disappointed. Not frequently used and today, it now has two horizontal lines on it. No way to return. Guess I got a lemon. Or another example of how disappointing Samsung is now.

Horrible shipping experience after delays of wasting my weekend at home waiting for tv. Finally arrived with box beat up as expected on Monday . All I heard was a loud thumb where fed ex might have thrown it over fence. That how i knew it had arrived. Now to see if it still works. Chat was no help. Only offered $15 for horrible experience. I was excited for tv now not so much.

I open my box and set the TV on my TV stand west TV for a couple days without taking the plastic off. Once I take the plastic off I noticed that the TV had some type of malfunction on the right side of it.

After driving an hour to get from the warehouse, it was broken right out of the box. Returning it tomorrow.

Great picture! The remote is awesome! Rechargeable remote, solar and usb. The remote is small, fits in the palm of your hand. Easy to program.

I purchased this to replace a circa 2008 Samsung which we loved but it failed after years of faithful service. I decided to get another Samsung and 4K of course. After the initial set-up, I have to say I was less than thrilled. The picture was sharp but dull. After a week or two and reading the manual, I discovered there are settings and I believe it's called "Dynamic" and just changing that transformed the picture into something beautiful. Also, the solar powered remote is a minimalist design but works great and no longer have to mess with batteries. The Tiezen platform does not replace my Roku which I still need because many favorite channels on Roku are not on Tiezen.

Very happy with this TV. I have been using an OLD and tiny screen for the longest time and finally upgraded. Decided to splurge a little and go with QLED since I game a lot on PS5 and it is such a crisp, bright screen (I sometimes turn the brightness down honestly!) I am in a room with windows opposite the TV and when the screen is on I can't see the glare from the windows which is great. Overall great choice in TV for me! I gave sound quality a 4 because I think the TV does have pretty good sound on it's own but I felt that the quieter stuff was hard to hear when I had the volume low so I didn't disturb anyone else around me (late eat night for example.) I had already planned to before learning this, but bought a sound bar and I think it makes the whole package that much better!

I have never had a smart TV before so I had to educate myself before buying one. This particular TV is in our den and we have it on a corner table. The picture is excellent and the set up was a breeze. The "feet" actually slide on! I would buy this TV again. NOTE: We did have to increase our internet speed to 500 and buy a new modem to accommodate the speed plus we had to buy a new mesh router system since ours was obsolete. Those are extra expenses you might need to be aware of. Our house is not "open concept" so we have lots of walls and we have 8 electronic items pulling off of our internet/router.

Very happy with my Samsung TV 50 inch, I love the sound and the picture colors and to my perspective this is one of the product that everyone should have. !!!Love my new entertainment!!!!

My Samsung 50" QLED TV has a very pleasant, colorful and relaxing view to the eyes. It is manageable and easy to operate the apps especially for us, very important feature, for the elderly. The closed caption is well positioned on the screen and readable, and able to view the picture without obstruction. My family and I like the features of our new TV replacement.

We finally reached the point that our loyal Vizio 40” TV was reaching its end after over ten years. Since we have made several large purchases at Best Buy in Chesapeake, we decided on our new Samsung 50” TV. The PICTURE- that’s what sold us (along with a very good salesman). The various features of the Samsung are terrific, and my favorite is the simple remote that doesn’t require an electronics degree to use. We gladly recommend this Samsung. (Oh yeah- forgotto mention the very good price!).
