When we bought this TV, we expected it to be of lower quality than our OLED TV. However, it’s just as impressive and comes with many great features. The remote has a solar panel, so you can charge it using sunlight and don’t have to worry about the cost of batteries. We absolutely love this TV!

The Television is phenomenal! With outstanding vibrant colors and details, unfortunately the black isnt quite black but its not something you would pay attention. Overall its great to watch anything including dark scene films such as horror or thriller. Never had isues with video games, so thats a plus!

This tv has technology embedded throughout. There are so many enormous features to list them all. For me, the picture, easy of navigating, sound quality are three important features to me. This was hands down a great purchase. Kudos to Best Buy for top notch customer service and stellar prices.

Quite the upgrade from the 10-year-old Samsung I had! It was easy to set up, picture quality is amazing. Sound without sound bar not great, but that I have found is typical and remedied with a sound bar. Very pleased with my purchase and highly recommend.

Excellent Smart TV. I've purchased nothing but Samsung TVs since the HD era. Here's the thing. I still have my original SAMSUNG TV which I paid $1200 for. While the new TVs have a Life Span of about 3 to 5 years, it makes a SERVICE CONTRACT kind of mandatory. My previous TV only went 2 years. And this was a serious $199 upgrade to a 4K set and absolutely worth it. Beautiful picture and ease of set up. I had GEEK SQUAD deliver and install it. Only thing was the girl I set it up with gave me a date and she never typed it into the system. That was the only snag. Finally there were 2 minor issues. The first was no RED YELLOW AND WHITE AV JACK on this TV. I still have a VCR and a REGION FREE DVD PLAYER THAT GOES THROUGH A MULTI SWITCH. I fortunately found adapter cords online that worked nicely. Finally while I have Tower Speakers that are huge, the older TV had a better sound without using a SOUNDBAR or my speakers. This TV has mediocre sound volume. After going through the SETTINGS I did notice there was an AMPLIFY mode that made the TV Speaker louder. The TV sound is OK. Otherwise I'm thrilled. The picture quality is 4K spectacular.

Bright and Easy to set-up at a great price for a QLED. Works with SmartThings app. Plenty of Apps. I like the Pictures so you can make Wall Art when Idle. I rather have a full Function and button remote. But you/I will get use to the Remote Functions. Glad I don't have to worry about batteries.

Great quality television, very intuitive smart actions, very smooth transitions between applications and cable networks, pre loaded with all the major essential apps, crystal clear screen 4k, very simple to setup and install. Very lightweight. Great purchase.

I have had nothing but good luck with Samsung. We still have one in our master bedroom that is 14 years old and working great. I haven't upgraded it because we don't use it much. This QLED 4k was a very easy set up. It is light and has a great picture and sound. Bought to set up by our outdoor fireplace what we are out there. Very pleased.

So far so good. Had an earlier model that was a “lemon” so bought insurance on this one just in case but the pic is clear and you are able to adjust the contrast and tone very nicely. I like the universal remote as well. All good.

Employees were helpful when transporting to the car. It’s been a few months since purchasing and we still enjoy it for tv and game play. Colors are great and it was very easy to set up.

This tv is perfect for any gamer. Bought it to replace a tv that was already in the kids game room. Excellent picture, easy use, and the game hub option is perfect. The kid is 5 and learned how to use everything faster than I could have.

Bright, great colors, good motion handling, good contrast, decent speakers. Like the Q60B before it, it doesnt stand up against your top of the line models, but it also costs half as much (or less) and really hits a price/performance sweet spot.
