Alexa-like remote took about 15 minutes to conquer...very easy. One issue is with voice control. It does not work consistently throughout applications.

I absolutely love this tv and the superb picture. Was very disapointed with myself when i accidentally broke my old tv but after getting this one set up I am now actually happy Idid. I never knew what I was missing until I replaced the old tv that i broke by accident but I realize now that it was a blessing. My tv viewing is much more enjoyable. Picture is much more sharper and the colors are such an improvement from my old tv. *

Only thing stopping it from being a 5 is remote doesn’t turn my Sony tuner/amp on. Works during remote setup but not during actual operation.

We have an Lg OLED in the living room. We absolutely adore that tv but can’t fathom spending over a 1000 for a bedroom tv. This Samsung qled definitely fit the bill. The picture is clear and precise. It’s not as good as our OLED but it still has an awesome picture. So far, i like the smart features of the Sony more compared to the LG. Overall, i would highly recommend this tv.

It does have a tendency to have a washed out appearance of Black during mostly dark scenes. There are a couple of issues that need to be addressed by Samsung though. 1) The power cord is insanely short. Apparently they assume EVERYONE will have a power outlet within about 3 feet of this TV. 2) The built in speakers are HORRIBLE. You shouldn't have to turn the TV volume up to 40 just to hear what people are saying in what you're watching. 3) No printed manual. So when your attempting to learn how to do things on your TV, you spend the majority of the time bouncing between screens and trying to follow the steps. There is NOTHING wrong with supplying an actually printed version of the manual with each unit. Since I have owned this only 2 weeks, I might update this or re-review as I find things out about the TV itself.

I have a few suggestions that may improve your experience.
First, if the product’s colors or absolute whites/blacks seem to be off, run a Picture Test: Home > Menu > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test.
Check whether Grayscale is set to On: Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Accessibility > Grayscale.
Next, regarding low volume, there are several volume features you can adjust, which may improve your audio experience.
1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume.
2) Adaptive Sound automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source. Go to Settings> All Settings> Sound> Sound Mode> Adaptive Sound.
3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Mode.
