Difficult Venture

I paid for an "Open Box" in Excellent condition. It arrived Broken and the box was in horrible condition. Never used the TV.

It is a good size, the legs are sturdy, the picture is great, settings are easy to adjust. Sound could be better. (The louds are really loud and sometimes I can’t even hear what someone says bc they speak so quietly.) (I suppose everyone gets a sound bar now for an extra 2-3 hundred, or more) A couple concerns: the screen seems very fragile to me (but maybe all tvs are like that now?) it was fairly easy to set up but I had support from a tech friend who did most of it for me. I am hoping this tv will hold up thru the years. I got it for a pretty decent price (in the 400s). I have never compared it to tvs that are priced in the thousands but I am very happy, so far, with this tv.

He needs to reach for his glasses to see the buttons. Color is great, perfect size, light weight, easy setup. We are using this TV for streaming only and the Samsung platform was a bit unusual to get into Hulu, but we got it to work.

Best TV We Have Ever Owned

The new set is loaded with a long list of features, games, and stations, compared to the Hisense. This 50" fits in the room with a much clearer picture than we have had with all of our televisions. After two (2) months, we are still learning the features and what it will do for our family. Thank you, Samsung and Best Buy, for having this AI Smart Tizen TV. This was our favorite purchase in 2025.

The picture is outstanding, the features are amazing (once you learn how to use them), and dozens more features from the previous TV. We were also impressed with the price.

This is my 9th LCD/LED Samsung flat screen - have them in all my rooms, plus purchased for my grandkids. Most recent purchase was this TV for my 9 yr old Granddaughter's bedroom. Easy to navigate remote for her, lots of free apps, beautiful picture and it's not even Top of the Line!! Samsung is the Best been buying only Samsung flat screen TVs since 2009. Best Buy associates always helpful, pricing good, always a perk to be able to buy from a brick-n-mortar STORE - not online - even if it mean few dollar more, but in most cases BestBuy is willing to compensate and/or accommodate for the difference. Good Experience
