Outstanding picture with especially for sports. Was easy to set up and had great assistance both on line and at the store picking this model out! The person online who helped me was awesome with suggestions, fitting my budget, and giving me suggestions!

TV works well but I feel it should have been made clear that there is no way to operate it without the remote, and the remote has no battery option. The salesman should have made this clear.

I am very happy with the quality and function of our new Samsung - 50" Class Q7F Series QLED 4K UHD TV. My only challenge is using the new Samsung Smart TV remote control. Use is not intuitive and I've needed to search YouTube for videos that have helped explain the remote operation. Samsung needs to improve use of remote instructions for customers.

Television is working as expected. The included remote is entirely a new concept for us and it seems to be what someone thought might be simpler by having fewer control inputs, in my opinion, creates a new style of complexity. Too few control inputs which requires each control to include too many functions results in just a different type of complexity to learn and remember. Now, if every brand uses the same logic it will help some but don’t hold your breath!

I love the new tv it’s picture is so clear and sounds great compared to the Vizio tv I had.The whole process was fast and easy until I got to the store. Employee may have been new but no one was there to help her I felt bad there were 4 other employees walking around doing nothing and she had a line. Team work makes the dream work so they should have been helping out a little more.

Great picture and decent sound for a reasonable price. WiFi seems weak and shuts down when the display is off for a while causing a delay in connectivity, but the wired connection is rock solid. Apps and smart features work well and are responsive.

It is a real good purchase and the quality of the picture is really good. The hands on installation was very user friendly i had no problem programing, I would recommend this tv model to any and all of my friends in fact i am thinking about purchasing one for my mom. I would give this tv a 5 star rating.

The Samsung TV was very easy to unbox, and set up. Once turned on, the picture was vibrant, crystal clear, and a great addition. Pricing was quite reasonable; and we couldn’t be any happier with this model.

Great quality picture. The next one I will be will be a large size. This tv is in a smaller room as of now. The remote is smaller now. I been buying Samsung tv for over 11 years now. For the price I paid was well worth it. Compared to the others ones available at this price.

So far so good. I enjoy my new Samsung TV. All of the TVs in my house are Samsung and this one replaced one that was beginning to lose it's picture quality. It has all of the new app features. The pictures is great. There are only two sound options, standard and amplify. Adding the soundbar would give me better sound but it works without it.

Excellent picture quality and the television is definitely quality and I recommend purchasing this brand. So far no complaints.................... Definitely worth the money. Make sure to purchase an additional warranty. My flat screen on lasted about two years before I had to purchase another one.

we Love It. picture is wonderful. sound is great so much better then my 30 inch i get movies i love to watch, and the sound is great i would tell anyone who needs a Tv to buy this kind. Very quick delivery, easy to setup and great picture. We purchased a open box tv and it was perfect and a great value.

Easy setup with the QR code. A good, clear picture without adjustments. I still cannot get down to just one remote, however. I had to call my cable company to figure out how to setup my channels through their remote.
