Very good picture quality, the ui is slow but unfortunately that seems to be the case with all smart tvs

Excellent tv and easy to use. Fits exactly what I wanted.

Bought this as a gift to my parents who wanted a slightly larger TV. We seen them over the holidays and the picture looked great which is what you get with Samsung. Delivery was great and the delivery man even helped get it into the house for my elderly parents.

Samsung is my go-to for TV purchases. The setup was a breeze. Just plug in and follow the instructions on the screen. Syncing the remote with my provider has never been easier. It has a crisp picture, excellent sound, the apps are super friendly, loving the voice command, and you can charge the remote. I did my research beforehand, so I was in and out of Best Buy in about 20 minutes. I highly recommend!

We have a smaller Samsung in the bedroom which we like which is why we opted for another in the living room. My only issue with the new tv is that the power cord does securely fit and too easily falls out. Other than that we really like the picture and it was priced reasonably.

This is a great TV - wonderful color and easy to use. There is still more to learn but I am enjoying the experience.

Went into Best Buy looking for an upgrade to my slow and aging LG 49" and found this amazing Samsung at a great price. The screen quality is vastly superior to the LG. Its lightning fast and much thinner as well. Cant recommended enough =]

The TV works as expected. It's too soon to know if it will be as fantastic as my last Samsung. I had it for 12 to 14 years. I thought there was a problem because Xfinity said there was no problem with the wires outside my house. I replaced that TV with this one and the problem didn't go away. The last X Tech was very good and recommended wireless TV box because noticed noise on my connection and that was the interaferance.

Especially for the price and size of the picture, thic was was and is an excellent deal. In the early days of operation, the learning curve for setting up stations you use most frequently is difficult. And perhaps, 100% so, the remote control could be, SHOULD BE, a good bit larger, and instructions of its use, clearer.

This TV is a perfect addition to our bedroom. The picture quality is too notch and provides for great viewing at all times of the day. I was concerned with direct light hitting it and distorting the picture quality during the day but this has not been an issue. I am a 95% Samsung house and this one reminded me of why. I need to purchase 2 more and will most likely go with this model.

Excellent TV. The screen is very clear and vibrant. Easy to install all streaming applications, and works well with the samsung sound board.

I bought my Father a TV when he retired 11 years ago. That TV did very well and only very recently started having pixels die out, etc. needless to say, for my folks - they didn’t need something with ALL of the bells and whistles. This Samsung 50” has been perfect again straight out of the box. I got it setup for them in about 1 hour total. Excellent TV for the price - can’t recommend it enough if you’re looking for something new that is quality yet still affordable.

Excellent TV great screen full colors, light and easy to install

Had my old Samsung for 16 years and so far my new one doesn’t disappoint. Beautiful picture and quality. And the help at the store was beyond appreciated and good.

I wanted to upgrade from my 32" Samsung LED TVs, so I chose a 55" QLED model, also from Samsung. The screen needs coaxing to improve the brightness, because the display is minimally bright out of the box. It lacks optical, RCA, or 3.5mm audio outputs (which the 32" model possesses). I was also rather disappointed on the software end (SmartThings by Samsung): the QLED model does not transmit to phone the audio or the video (something the 32" model does, despite being from 2015!). It does not recognize my console in the eArc HDMI port, having to label it a "Sony Media Player," making it selectable as a source (changing inputs is a convoluted affair, but once you establish it, it now can populate recent apps. The remote would leave many people confused with it's simplified design. To Samsung's credit, they do educate you on how to employ it's special powers. Once you calibrate the screen, and establish your inputs for easy access on the recently used row, the picture can be bright and vibrant. Soundwise, this QLED set can be paired to Bluetooth, with one of the 3 HDMI ports, soundbars or AV receivers as this set supports Dolby Atmos. It also supports voice commands via Bixby or Alexa. You can also chat with Micro$oft's CoPilot (these latter features, this time, were not avaliable on my previous model!) Overall, this is a basic model: an upgrade in size from smaller models, but don't expect display settings over 60Hz, or AV i/o other than the 3 HDMI. With a bit of adjustments, most may find this set to be satisfactory.

This TV was a great value purchase. The Samsung TV features are hard to get used to, but overall, it works well right out of the box. If you want to cut ties with cable and try something different, this TV has all of the tools you need right out of the box. You will need WIFI of course. After downloading a few other free streaming services like PLEX and TUBI, this TV has tons of free content on demand and for live tv channel surfing.

Great TV, but needs a better remote. Remote is really small and doesn't have 'hot' buttons to take you directly to various streaming services. Picture quality is great, sound is also very good. Great tv for the price.

Most bang for your buck!!! Great television, awesome picture, couldn't be happier with my purchase and the price was super great!!
