good picture and easy to operation both cable and steaming

This television lives up to all it should be. Picture is clear and beautiful coloring. Look as real to life, as possible. Price is great, and excellent quality. Samsung is the best Television out there!!!!! Sound quality is excellent even without a soundbar or base. You will not regret buying this set..

In store staff was great. She explained everything to me n the warranty is great. I’ve had my tv for a month n it works great, nice picture n sound. Love the fact the remote is solar. No batteries. And the Greg squad came n hooked it up n explained the remote n how. to get to apps.

Far better picture and sound than expected. Surprising quality and service from Best Buy. Works great in our TV room, the size of an average bedroom. Size is an excellent upgrade from our smaller TV. Well worth the cost.

Pretty amazing TV. I had to replace a Samsung SUHD that failed after 7 years. I do wish the owners manual and set up manual were easier to access but that is a small complaint. Overall I am very satisfied.

Beautiful picture quality. Just the right size for my built in. The only negative is the volume button is too sensitive. When you press the button, it increases or decreases by several levels instead of one level at time.

The picture on the Samsung - 50" Class Q80A Series QLED 4K UHD Smart Tizen TV is outstanding. I have also purchased the same TV in the 75" size. They are both great.

We love the television. Love the clarity, sound, color. WE also bought a sound bar which came with a woofer. What a difference that makes while watching movies!!

Picture is not as sharp as I expected. Also, for 120 hz at times the picture seems to be a little jerky when the action is not overly fast, Best Buy will show me what to turn off in Settings to improve picture quality.

I expect the best from Samsung when it comes to TVs. They did not disappoint. Excellent picture and much better sound then in older models.

The picture is excellent. Appreciate functions such as ability to switch to bluetooth headphones. Works will with my Bose Soundbar.

Overall it's nice TV with a lot of multimedia options to watch a lot of TV programs and movies online and using different apps or simply Internet browser. However, I noticed dark spots appear in a from of waves on a top and bottom of the screen when there is white or very bright background. So, I decided to return it and going to purchase a new one of the same or similar model. Hopefully, it won't have that defect.

Nice TV, Easy to setup. We do not use the remote as we are still hooked up to cable. Great picture
