Very happy with it once the video smoothing features were turned off. The included "smart" remote was evidently named ironically. But you can easily find a fully compatible proper remote for just a little money at various online sites which includes the additional buttons that make a remote convenient to use.

The backlighting in this tv is noticeably better than the edge lit models. Bought this 50" due to the wall size constraints in the room. Can't wait to upgrade other tv's in the house with this model in larger sizes.

A store rep recommended me this model for its sound and it does not disappoint. Alexa being built is really handy too.

Great tv with control issues

The remote is nice for a simple remote and the menus are easy to use. My only real complaint is with the os it is very difficult to set up an external receiver because it wants to control the external receiver or other connected device and won’t release control to it.

The picture quality is superb. The remote is fairly easy to operate but has fewer features than our previous Samsung remote. That took some getting used to, however, our Geek Squad technician helped orient us to the operation.

I do have reservations however over the lack of instructions for adding streaming applications and selecting them later. The remote could definitely use some background lighting to find the control buttons in a darkened room.

Even though it has a lot of things I don't use, all smart TVs have them now, I'm extremely pleased. The picture quality is one of the best I've seen. I use it mostly for my computer and the sharpness is unbelievable. I can work on my photos and art work with a lot more clarity than I ever have, so great.

Awesome new TV

This new Samsung QLED has an amazing picture and works great. Very happy with our purchase. We did pair it with a Sonos soundbar, so, we didn't assess the sound from the actual TV

Having a center base is a plus if you have a limited surface area on which to place it. Fits perfectly in my 42 inch stand. Very sharp picture with good color and brightness. Having Geek Squad set up is a plus as they fully explained features and answered questions.
