Thank you for purchasing the Samsung QN90A TV and for sharing your experience with sound delays. Please be sure your firmware is up to date with version 1560.5 which includes updates to address lip sync or audio delays that you are experiencing. You can check this by going to: Settings > Support > Software Update.
If this firmware version is not yet available on your TV, you can download the update on a USB drive and manually update your TV:
1. On Samsung's website (upper right corner), go to: Support > Manuals & Software > Find your TV model.
2. Download the update and extract it to the root of a USB thumb drive. (Do not put it in any folders on the thumb drive.)
3. Connect the USB thumb drive to a USB port on your TV.
4. Navigate to Settings > Support > Software Update, select Update Now, and then select Yes.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the updated software.

They all seemed way too dim for me. The Samsung QN90A Neo QLED is a pleasure to watch and is plenty bright. Higher speed cables seemed to improve the picture even more.

I never owned a smart TV before this one, so I am thrilled with the additional features it offers. It is easy to use, in other words, it does not take a Phd to figure out how to operate it lol.

This TV may be expensive, but it is a very good TV.

It's like window tint in a car, when your inside looking out your view is muted and slightly distorted. This is the second TV that I returned because of this unwanted feature. Maybe it won't bother most people, but unfortunately I have an eye for detail and notice it right way when looking at people's eyes. The eyes have a glazed over look to them, not crisp and sharp as TV's without the added filter layers. See photo

Please know that your TV is engineered with Anti-Reflection Technology designed to minimize ambient light reflections. We understand that light conditions of each room environment are different. For optimal glare control, we recommend repositioning the TV to minimize incident light falling on the screen or consulting a professional installer.
Additionally, to ensure that your TV’s picture is always optimized, be sure that you are always running the latest firmware update. You can check this by going to Settings > Support > Software Update or you can enable Auto Update for convenience.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am kinda techie guy but discovered very quickly this one almost put me to my knees First the remote only charges with sun or a usb c cable which all the cables I had were not that you would think you are buying a 1400 dollar tv they would provide a $2 cable I then discovered after 45 minutes that the remote was not paired with the tv so I had to google it of course no instructions with tv If you are not patient and like to solve problems stay away

To assist you in the functions of the TV and settings of the remote, you can download the QN90A TV's User Manual, e-Manual, Remote Control Leaflet, and Quick Setup Guide on Samsung's website by clicking "Support" > "Manuals & Software" > "TVs & Home Theater" > "TVs". From there, you can select the QN90A TV under "Samsung Neo QLED 4K” > “A Model Lineup" and download the guides you would like.
The e-Manual is also embedded into the TV itself under Settings > Support > Open e-Manual.
