    Laggy, slow, frustrating interface

    Horrendously slow and laggy interface makes operating this TV a complete nightmare. Picture quality is completely average and local dimming is intrusive and pointless. Again, the interface is so laggy and glitchy I absolutely HATE using this TV. I regularly switch between PC and Xbox and it's very frustrating. My remote is literally no more than 2 feet away and it still takes multiple button presses to do the simplest actions like changing the input source. Absolutely regret not getting a different brand.

      To optimize the Smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care

      This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps.

      Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.

      Should you need further assistance, please contact Samsung Customer Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG (ask for TVs), available 8AM - 12AM EST, 7 days a week.

    Had 2 replace Tv Sound distored after 2o minutes Had 2 return TV Remote was great solar with no battries needed Best buy employees were excellent in assistance

    Black spot appeared on the screen less than 8 weeks after purchase. Purchased the extra protection plan - jury is out on how well Best Buy plans to remedy the situation. I'll update.

    Very disappointing, so much so that we returned it. The picture was fuzzy on graphics and facial detail.

    This TV gives the best picture I have seen. It connects to the internet with no problems and allows me to use u-tube and streaming services. The solar powered remote works well without the need for batteries.

    The Neo QLED was worth the wait. This is my first smart tv. It is phenomenal. The picture is bright and colorful inspite of our family room with unadorned windows. I did add a sound bar to enhance the system. It was difficult to dicipher words with out it.

    Buyer beware of line showing up on TV! Purchased this tv from Best Buy, it was delivered one day after an online purchase. Everything seemed to work great but after 30 days the tv picture stopped working. Best Buy said since it was after their return policy (32 days) we had to contact Samsung. Samsung sent a technician who gave us a quote of $800 to fix!! The technician said there was probably a slight line showing up on the tv that we didn't notice on day 1 and should have returned it. When we notified Best Buy they were unwilling to do anything for us. We are so disappointed with Best Buy! They sent us a $1,000 broken tv.
