Bought TV's from Best Buy for the past few times now. Always have what we want at a reasonable price. Will likely buy from them again. This is after looking around online too.

Best TV I've personally owned. I've had it for 2 years, 4K is worth the price if you enjoy watching television. I was happy to get a discount through open box as well.

This is an awesome TV. The apps and UI run smooth, the picture is great. I use a soundbar, but the sound is good otherwise. It's the brightest TV with the best contrast available.

I was on the fence between this TV and there LG C1. I have had this for a few days. the GOOD: picture is very good with Comcast HD channels. the gaming features are great no fear of burn in decent sound nice simple stand room for sound bar the BAD: its bright almost too bright when sitting close {5 feet] the colors do not seem to be that accurate. not the sharpest picture I was expecting whilst gaming I will be returning this for a 48" C1 and risk burn in for a more accurate picture and if not better gaming features. For the price &1400 Samsung should have had better color and gaming features. I can get more for the same price with an OLED as I already have a C9 in my man cave and last years 90T in my bright living room. This is a very good tv but the competitive OLED prices make the C1 a no brainer.

Price point and picture rate near 5*. Typically of Samsung, remote rates a 2 and documentation / manual are pathetic. If I could give the operating system and manual MINUS stars, I would. BEST BUY purchase experience pleasant.

owned for about a year and some months and have minimal complaints. none that outweigh the tv. overall worth the buy, especially if you’re a gamer with the high frame rate this tv offers.

Amazing Samsung TV. Replaced a good 5-yr-old 50" with this 50" (largest size that fits our bedroom space). Truly the best 8K TV available, without getting into the unnecessarily obscenely expensive highest-end category for only incremental improvement that few people can even distinguish for double to triple the price. Stunning picture. Great features, including eARC and all streaming apps available. Prior tv couldn't add apps like Disney+, etc., and ARC didn't function, versus new eARC and pass-through that allows surround sound when viewing through tv's built-in apps like Netflix, Disney+, HBO Max, etc. Turn off all the automatic light and color adjusting features for best picture.

Also the solar charging for the included remote doesn’t work for me. Not even a little. Not sure if it’s a bad design or a defective remote. Thankfully the remote successfully charges via USB-C That said… I really do like the TV. If you want a 50” TV that can has legit HDR capabilities there aren’t a ton of options. But this QN90A is a good one, especially if you can get it at a discounted price (this is a 2021 model and is being replaced by a 2022 model). Some TV’s claim HDR compatibility but they aren’t nearly as impressive and bright as this one. The mini-LED backlighting is a good option to get somewhat close to OLED quality if like me you’re worried that someone else might not baby your TV and thus make it potentially prone to burn-in. I like not worrying about burn-in. The downside of mini-LED is that flipping channels using Xfinity looks really bad because you can really see tons of blooming light around the letters. Thankfully during regular shows and movies I don’t so much notice the blooming. But I do hate it when channel surfing. OLED wouldn’t have that issue, I don’t think. But I wanted mini-LEDs nonetheless. The picture is maybe a little darker in the corners when doing those screen uniformity tests, but otherwise it looks pretty uniform. No major blotches on the middle of the screen. Maybe just the slightest variation when doing tests but it’s pretty uniform. Looks good. Fwiw…. Sound volume in “amplify” mode is not great but I think it’s acceptable if used in a small space or if the TV is a secondary set. A soundbar with subwoofer would make it much better, no doubt. I’m still just using the built-in speakers, currently.

We love our new TV, clarity is good, sound is good, color is good and the tech people did a great job setting it up and explaining it all to us.

I love this tv. The picture is unbelievable. The blacks are clear as can be. I want to buy a bigger one for my bedroom.

Had to upgrade my last flat screen which was a Samsung 3d unit ( loved that TV ) when it started getting a permanent dark shadow the screen. So i looked around and this one won out. Rich picture colors, my games look vivid, the speed of the games is supernatural , movies look realistic and the sound is future proof. Even without a sound bar i had no problems with this ( not sure why there were so many reviews calling the sound weak) Expensive but hey, welcome to 2021 tech

Picture looks incredible and it's great for PC gaming as well at 4k/120. Only downside is that there is only one HDMI 2.1 input, but it's not a dealbreaker.

This television has met all of my expectations. My previous set was a 47" plasma that we had owned for over a decade. The new Samsung has brought us nearly up-to-date. We were pleased to see so many features in a set with 50" screen. Other QN90A models are highly rated in a major consumer publication, although this specific model was not tested. The new television interfaces directly with our existing Samsung sound bar. We are completely satisfied with our purchase.

This tv is fantastic. The best I've ever owned. Stunning picture, super vivid colors and very good sound. Solar remote controls everything I own.

It's got a really sharp picture. I'm having to get used to all of the extra options for viewing streaming services like Hulu and Disney+, along with Samsung TV. Then add in my home theater system, and I've got a lot of things to get used to how to work them all. I do wish it worked easier or synched with various home theater systems, where they worked seamlessly with one remote. I don't like having to use 4 different remotes depending on which pieces of equipment I am using. With such a high price it should synch better with home theater receivers.

Fits perfectly in my bedroom. I waited over a year saving for this item. Well worth the wait!!!

Superb color and picture. I moved up from a standard LED Samsung to a Neo QLED and the difference was breathtaking. Set up was quick and easy. The only thing that I noticed was during a Dodgers ball game when the camera was looking over the pitcher's shoulder toward the batter, it appeared that the ball was "jerking a bit toward the batter. Maybe that is just an adjustment issue. Overall, I'm very pleased with my purchase and the help I got from Best Buy.
