Picture and sound are definitely great. Very cinematic experience watching 4k shows or movies. Typing could be faster on UI and other functions. Middle stand is solid but the TV wobbles a little when I cleaned the TV the first time after handling it.

I love the Samsung Neo QLED TV. I had an Samsung HD TV for ten years, it was still a great picture. When it was time to go 4k, I again chose a Samsung. We are looking forward, with a greatly improved Soundbar, to a new and improved viewing experience.

Love it! It has a clear crisp picture and fantastic sound quality. Was very easy to set up and get connected to my streaming accounts. I'm still getting used to the remote, but is is solar powered and has intuitive design, so it is easty to figure out what button does what function.

The picture on this TV is excellent. The sound from the built in speakers is better than expected. The initial set up was a little quirky and took longer than I liked. So far very happy with the TV.

Tv firmware and software if not checked can cause black screen of death

This Samsung 50" QLED Smart Tizen TV is one of the very best TV's anyone could buy. The picture is so sharp and vibrante you feel like you are right in the scene. I wholeheartedly recommend this TV, I you seek a better TV, this is it.

I purchased this Sansung Neo QLED TV for a bright sunroom and it's really working out well. The Best Buy sales representative was so helpful and informative and made the decision an easy one.

We recently purchased a 65" Samsung QLED, we were so pleased with the unit we purchased the 50" for another room. A soundbar on the 65" made a world of difference in the sound quality.

Lucky enough to get the 50" as they go out of stock quickly. Easy set-up, gorgeous display, no dead pixels.... just a delight on the eyes. Great shipping by Best Buy as well. Obtained in a few days of ordering.

Excellent product! I would definitely recommend this tv to anyone who loves excellent, crisp, clear picture quality. It is a smart tv, si it has all the bells and whistles. You will absolutely love this tv!

Fantastic - After researching many options and having another super informed visit with a sales associate to my local store, I'm super happy with my replacement Samsung. I first purchased the QN85 55", but it was just too big in our 1953 house. Love Best Buys return/exchange policy. Got the new 50" QN90 in it's place and saved another $100 as prices had dropped since my initial purchase. Felt really good about the return due to Best Buy selling 'open box' equipment. I knew my perfect QN85 would go to a good home with a slight discount for someone - not something that would happen with the BIG BOX STORES.

Good picture quality, funtion speed is fantastic. Picture quality with movies are comparable to the LG C1, only place it lacks a little is not as good with gaming.

Great TV. Easy interface. Beautiful colors. The motion rate is spectacular. I love that the new remotes do not need batteries they are charged with a Samsung charger!

This is the best priced TV with the highest quality you can get for a TV this size, and this thin. I put these in all my rentals and they look and work great.
