I'm not a big Television person so I'm fine with the Tv part of this. I'm in love with the way it looks on my wall. I didn't want to be staring at a black screen so we bought the Frame. It's doing its job perfectly and we have a nice 50" TV to boot. The sound is much better than our previous TV so we're all-round very pleased. It was easy to install, I did it myself. I just needed help to get it up on the mount because it is heavy. Having to work from home so I get to enjoy all the artwork, so nice. Bonus - we got it on sale!

Just know that you are buying this TV for the looks. Period. The image is average, the Samsung software is average. If you are thinking that this TV will give you an amazing picture and quality, you can get a cheaper TV with better image quality. I use mine in my home office as a second screen and I connected an AppleTV to it for movies and other channels. For how I use it and based on the fact that I was looking for that Frame look, it works great. The attached TV mount is great to have the TV fully against the wall but be careful installing the OneConnect Box, the fiber optic cable is very expensive if you break it. If you're not a handy person, I suggest you hire someone to install it and hide the cable. I read a lot of reviews about complains with the software and the artwork, and yes, it is a pain. You'll have to be patient. Apart from the 'Art Mode', I really like Ambien Mode but it is not as simple to get to as Art Mode. In general, I am very happy with the purchase because I researched a lot and I had the right expectations for what I was getting and paying for.

The tv us nice and the picture is good. It doesn't include the frame which is the whole point of purchasing the tv. The frame is an additional $200. The tv is already pricey and should include the frame.

This TV does exactly what it is advertised for, it looks great on the wall. You are not paying the $1000 price tag for the picture quality, it is good, but you can get the same for half price. You are paying for the look when mounted on the wall. This thing delivers on the promise to provide a clean look with solid picture performance.

The Samsung frame TV is a MUST for those who want a balance of pretty interior design with luxury. We hated how a typical black tv made our space so dull. Having this tv in art mode has completely changed the space. The quality of the tv is great too. We can have any app on it we want. We love this tv and will always own them

So far so good. I absolutely love it. Thinking of getting another for the bedroom. The Apple subscription was a joke though. I was never able to get it to work.

It's a unique way to display art, and a wonderful TV.

The first thing that impresses me about this TV is the slim design a nice frame that it has. I was pleasantly surprised to see with a quality picture it has as well. The standard Art provided with it is enough to get you started and there are packages to allow you to get more art if desired. Easy to install easy to operate and even plays iHeartRadio.

Looks great. Easy mount install. Interface Takes a little while to get used to. You have to pay for pictures if you want fancier artwork. You get like 10 free ones. I would recommend this to friends

Love the Frame TV. Picture is great. We added a Sonos Beam sound bar, and subwoofer.Which I highly suggest. Sounds like a theatre. Really looks great in our family room. Love the artwork on the wall, you can pick from, to keep like a screen saver. It really looks like beautiful framed art/pictures.

Picture quality on par with Samsung’s higher-end QLEDs. The frame feature is a neat gimmick which works well for us. The mounting hardware is included, which, I feel from reading other reviews, is an under-appreciated bonus. I wouldn’t overpay for it versus other TVs, but on sale it does the trick.

I love how I can set the frame when the tv is off. The picture quality is great. Easy to use. Tiny remote. Would have liked a larger one. The motion sensor to put painting on when you walk by hasn’t been as sensitive as I would have liked and I set it to very sensitive.

The included wall mount truly makes this tv hang like a picture. A monthly subscription from Samsung let's you choose from a large variety of art to display. You can also upload your own photos. I love the 4k picture. The colors just pop.

I really love the artwork feature. Gives us the option of displaying framed artwork with flexibility of using it as a TV or music player when entertaining. QLED shows a great picture! The only problem we've experienced so far is out of the box a couple of the apps would not download. We called Samsung support and was told it was a known issue with the version of software. Within 2 hours the issue had been resolved. The night feature and motion sensor modes work as advertised, though there is sometimes a slight delay. The Geek Squad delivered the TV and had it installed in less than 30 minutes.

Love the aesthetic of this tv, but Samsung could definitely make the software more usable. Bought for showing slideshows at family birthday parties, graduations, etc. thinking we could stick a flash drive in and play. Slideshows only work on photos uploaded to the tv, and the tv only has 4G available for this. So, a laptop or phone has to be dedicated to run the slideshow via Airplay in order to show a significant number of photos. If you use your phone to AirPlay from, then you can’t use it to take pictures or make calls or answer texts unless you don’t mind stopping the slideshow to do so. Love the ability to add my own art and family photos for the art mode slideshow, but wish there was a way to change the order or request a shuffle here. I started with our most recent family photo, then added some art I liked, then added an older family photo. There’s no way to have the family photos interspersed with the art unless I delete what I have (which includes the choosing of dimensions and mats, etc.) and reload in the order I want. As I find more photos or art I want to add, I’ll have to do that every time if I want balance between photos and art scrolling on the tv.

When hung on the wall it sits completely flush and looks as if it was a frame and not a tv. Only problem i have come across is the included hardware for the gapless wall mount. The provided 6 screws are a very soft metal philips #2 and will strip extremely easily even when drilling a pilot hole to start. My recommendation would be to get your own 2.5" robertson screws and throw away the included screws. For the price of this tv and wall mount Samsung should of provided better hardware.

Awesome! Looks just like a picture on the wall. We get questions on it every time someone visits. Very simple to use and the frame portion was easy to install (sold separately)

The TV sits flat against the wall and blends in with the other pictures hanging around it. Don’t expect it to look like a “real” picture since it takes power/light when active...even with brightness turned down. I was hoping for a more flat/static realistic picture when off, but it looks much better than the prior TV and mounting bracket that stood-out from the wall. Very pleased with picture and now Comcast supports the Xfinity app, so I can dump the cable box.
