Good overall tv and the art feature is nice. We only use it as display. I have read that the one cord is not fire rated so that has been a huge disappointment as I wanted to run it through our wall. I also bought this before it was on sale . It dropped in price a week later... At that time for the money I paid there were better TVs.

Replacement for 43 inch frame tv and it’s a great product. Better picture and easier to use. Looking forward to enjoying the art as well as TV.

I just love love love my tv...it's like no other tv I have ever owned. It's comes with everything you need to flush mount it on the wall the directions were so simple to follow(I never hung a tv on a wall before this one) and it came out excellent. If your deciding to buy it BUY IT YOU WONT REGRET IT!!! People think it's a picture on my wall especially since I'm a photographer and when I ask if they would like to watch TV and I turn it on people are floored and I just love people's reaction priceless lol.

This is an overpriced TV for what it offers. On the plus side, it offers an interesting selection of pictures and painting that can be accessed and provides interesting decors. On the minus side, it is a below average TV in terms of the quality of images. My 20 year-old Sony provides better picture quality! I am certainly glad I did not get rid of my old TV! Out of the box, the image lacks contrasts and the overall color is wrong (too much orange). It is hard to believe it is sold as a 4K. And the sound is pretty bad. Definitely, it needs external speakers to be tolerable. Finding out how to use this TV is not easy as it does not come with a detailed manual that would explain how to use its features and, in particular, how to access various TV channels which should be available but do not appear on the TV menu. Overall, a pain to use.

Photo software needs more updates so photo size doesn’t need to be so sensitive to use of features like full screen, mattes, etc. Many many many more matte colors would be great too. We only purchased this expensive tv so that it would not look like a tv when turned off and so we could use it to display photos. I think Samsung has improved over its original Frame models, but has to Keep Working on this!

The Frame TV changes an entire room. Really classes everything up! This is our second Samsung FRAME. A few suggestions... 1) Buy a soundbar as well. TV sound is good, but you've spent enough on the TV that you should go the extra expense for amazing sound. 2) Have GEEK SQUAD do the install. It MUST be straight or you lose the whole effect of the artwork and you cannot adjust it. 3) Plus Geek Squad will insulate you from Samsung if there are parts missing -- they can be a problem.

I was touched by the fast delivery. And I'm satisfied because the design is so pretty and the quality is really good.

This TV looks great on the wall. The way it mounts and the one connect cable is awesome. The fact that all the pictures show it with the frame seems deceptive that you have to buy that separately and it doesn’t come with it. That kind of made me mad. The user interface is not very intuitive. I find myself turning on Directv and then having to grab the Samsung remote to turn off the home menu which is so stupid. It won’t even turn off after an extended period of time, you are forced to use the Samsung remote. It is kind of cool that I can show art or pictures on it and it turns on to show this with motion. It seems like sometimes it works and other times it doesn’t. The OS needs to be ironed out a little better. They should make it where you can turn off the art mode but unfortunately it doesn’t seem possible. I thought the QLED would have a better picture than this and am a little disappointed. Of course I do have two LG OLEDs so I am a little spoiled in this area. No comparison whatsoever in picture quality. I have however decided to keep it. I use it as a TV, monitor for my computer, and the flush mount and price point is more important to me than the picture quality. If I want to watch a sporting event or something I go to my basement and watch it on my 77” OLED. But for the price and the flush mount and appearance this will stay in my office. I like showing pictures on it and using it as a 3rd PC monitor it is nice for WebEx presentations for work and I don’t have to worry about burn in. All in all 3 stars due to the average picture quality. I do have 2 other Samsung LEDs before the QLED technology came out. One is a 55” and the other a 77” curved model and both have a better picture.

Best TV I have ever own, and I have had some great TV's. Even when your TV is off you can still enjoy a nice picture of your choice to view. I had company over and after I decided to turn on the TV, they said I thought it was just a picture on the wall. It plays beautiful and being a smart TV, It has a lot of viewing choices. Great purchase.

This tv has a remarkable mounting bracket and excellent picture

Very cool tv. In the space we have it in, it looks great. Not like any tv in the market right now. Easy set up and install with the wall mount provided. I was watching the jazz game 2 hours after I left Best Buy. Also, very simple set up. Very user friendly with apps and what not.

Best TV I have ever owned! The picture quality & smart features I think make it best on the market to date. Another great feature is loading my personal pictures on to it so it shows whatever picture I want like a piece of art on the wall. Strongly recommend this TV to everyone I talk to.

This tv is everything I wanted! When it’s on the tv picture is amazing and when it’s in frame/picture mood the art work so so beautiful. Also a bonus I can use my own photos as art work! In love with this tv.

Was really excited about this product. Because of the location I had to have it professionally mounted and wires hidden. I wish I would have tried it out for a while prior. The interface is very cumbersome and not intuitive. The lack of customization and creation of different artwork playlists is mind boggling. How can this generation of product be so poorly executed? I am hopeful that Samsung really commits time to the UX and functionality of it. Their user base is too large to not really try to capitalize on it.

Love the TV as it is my 2nd one. Great picture quality and easy to add apps. Only downside is the bezels which come in only basic colors and cost an additional 100-150.

I love this TV. It's a great conversation piece as well as a superb picture.
