Good tv but for the price, the picture drops dramatically based on viewing angel. If it was appropriately priced, I’d give 5 stars. For this price range, it’s decent

Longer cable is $300

The TV quality was exceptional and we were very excited to purchase it until the additional costs start piling up. First we purchased the bezel (frame) because it is not included which we were aware and what’s the point of spending the money on the tv if it doesn’t look like a picture. The real issue we ran into was that the “one connect cord” which controls everything to the tv wasn’t quite long enough to hide behind the wall as we did with every other tv we have owned. My first thought was no problem we will just buy a longer cable. I was shocked to find out that the longer cable that is sold for this tv is $300!!! So after spending 1300 on the tv $150 on the “frame” and still not being able to use it to our satisfaction, the additional $300 was just unacceptable and we are returning it. So buyers beware and make sure you check the distance before you get make the purchase and have to go through the painstaking return process.

After 1month tv having issue connecting to Wifi. I have 3 Samsung TVs two of which a frame TVs and only the frame TVs will consistently drop the Wifi network connections within a couple of days. I have tried the troubleshooting process of unplugging/ replug and factory resets but the issues continues to occur every couple of days. Not to mention they sent a defective product after the order has been on back order for 2 months after I purchased them in November.

Power Cycling issue.

Total disappointment! TV constantly turned itself off and on again. Manufacture called the problem “power cycling”. Their phone-in tech support took control of the TV, but were unsuccessful in correcting the problem. On line research found this to be a common problem with the Samsung Frame TV. Finally exchanged this TV for a Sony.

Horrible. Doesn’t look like framed art at all. You would be better off buying a good looking tv.
