Picture is great. Been difficult getting used to the new remote.its completely different than my other Samsung so the set up is different and has been a challenge …but I’m older …so that could be the problem. Getting to what you recorded, Netflix, Hulu etc. that is easy. Is it gonna take some time but I do like my other remote better… easier and I have Dish. I could talk and it would move to that channel. This one does not!

Tv performs perfect picture is awesome. Speakers are not the best but paired with soundbar completes rhe whole experience. The Tv operating system isnt thr best but that was fixed with a 4k apple tv which allows me to just use the apple tv remote or remote from my phone to control the tv. Would recommend the tv as it doesnt break the bank and offers great quality for thr price.

Beautiful screen, bright and clear vibrant colors and easy to install on home network. Some problems with wifi attached speaker system and need to go through speaker setup each use. Very happy with TV.

I only own Samsung Smart TVs and I will continue purchasing from the company because I’ve never had an issue with any of the smart TVs I’ve purchased, including this model. The picture quality is great, every app I need is available, and it’s easy to use.

This is a good quality tv. Works well in my bedroom. The sound and picture quality are better than most tvs in this price range. I would recommend this tv.

The Samsung - 50" Class TU690T is a nice TV. Really good picture. We purchased this for our bedroom. What I don't like is trying to set the sleep function. Oh My Word. You better have a light on as well as your glasses. It is absolutely ridiculous! It is nice that there is button for Netflix, but why make it soooo hard to set the sleep timer? I would recommend this TV but maybe not for a bedroom, only because of the sleep function on the remote.

I love the picture and the color is beautiful on my Samsung. My 35 inch Samsung went out which I had for many years. so I decided to get the 50 inch for my bedroom, which is very well suited for me since I am very fond of the Samsung products. I purchased a 55 also for my granddaughter, I think it’s a great product.

Sometimes things break by mistake. Replaced a broken TV with this smart TV for a friend that really needed one anyway. Was easy to set up. Great picture and sound quality, and not to mention was able to access all the apps needed for streaming. Also the capability of screen mirroring your phone to it is always a plus.

Nice color and easy to setup. No issues connectiin external devices neither. Great sound.

Got this tv at a 249 price tag which is insane… I got the 50 inch size. Once I received it unboxing and setup were simple and quick. The mount legs click into the tv you don’t need tools to set up the leg mounts. Remote however has many numbers and looks outdated for 2023-24 but alot of older people prefer remotes with many numbers and no smart features. Audio was normal nothing crazy but also great for the price. Lastly tv picture quality was decent while noticeably seeing how dark it looks when sitting in a very bright room. The coloring of all objects were perfect just brightness could use a boost. the ui feels outdated navigating through all menus but not really an issue for me. Overall perfect for what you paid for. Apps and smart features are usable but I’d buy an Amazon fire stick to use Netflix and other streaming apps.I would recommend mainly if you can get your hands on it for under $300

I do love this TV. It's thin and has a great picture, it is the perfect size for my bedroom, and maybe even a touch bigger than I needed, BUT, that's what I wanted. The sound is good, but I'm using a soundbar from the previous TV...A solid buy and comes at a great price...Don't hesitate...

Works as expected, great picture quality, seems to have a pretty fast operating system.Replaced a 55” Samsung in a bedroom,that was about 4 years old and was four times the price . Can’t believe what you can get for a couple hundred bucks these days.Great value

Love this tv and the quality. Had to replace a tv during Christmas time and was on a budget. We purchased a lower priced open box and we are so happy with it. Great picture and great quality tv. Best Buy comes through for our family and our electronic needs.
