Great TV , amazing resolution, great price, highly recommend

Bought this TV on Nov 25th but didn’t open it until dec 8th. When I opened it I noticed the screen was popping out. Took it back to best buy and they told me they couldn’t exchange the TV. It looks like this tv was build bad and im stuck with it. It still works with a nice picture but you can see where the screen is popping out.

My TV arrived with the screen broken all over. It took 2 weeks for me to try to get a return label because I live in rural Alaska. I could not print one online, there kept being an error. After speaking with customer service 5 different times, I finally just sent it back with "Return to sender" and finally got a refund on it 2 weeks later.

Since my TV arrived shattered, not much to say other than highly disappointed! I returned it and was refunded but so turned off as no follow up after this happened.

This was my first 4K HDR TV and I feel like I made a good choice. Setup was quick and easy, and it makes my PS5 games look incredible. The intrusive AI features that come standard with every TV nowadays were fairly easy to find and disable in the settings. Only criticism here is that it ships with a weird, iPod-nano looking remote with about 6 buttons and a click wheel. None of them are labeled with sensible descriptions like "sources" or "settings", though of course they had room for dedicated Netflix and Amazon buttons (yuck). Thankfully my decade-old Samsung remote from my previous TV works with this one, but be warned, this ships with the worst remote I've ever seen.

Absolutely loving my new 2025 Samsung Crystal UHD TV! The 50” screen is the perfect size for my space, and the picture quality is super sharp with vibrant colors. I’ve been really impressed with the smart features and it’s fast, easy to navigate, and has all the apps I use. Gaming on it is smooth with no lag, and everything just looks amazing. No complaints at all. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a solid TV at a great value!

Very nice upgrade from the old Samsung plasma tv we had for a long time. The picture quality is prime especially after having a plasma tv before this one. Sound quality is just ok, so we are looking at Bluetooth Samsung sound bars. Smooth setup and very lightweight construction. Highly recommend this television.

Nice picture quality and easy set up and great price! Wish we could do streaming with one remote. We have to use our Fios remote and then the Samsung remote to change.

After gambling w/buying a lesser-quality tv that did not work-out, we bought our 2nd Samsung. We love the picture quality, ease of the remote’s usage, & it’s simple setup. If you need a new TV, this is the one to get!

The Samsung 50 inch u800 is very light weight, easy to install with pretry much any adapted wall mount! I was even able to use my pervious tv mount. Price point was solid, and a solid picture. Installed and enjoying the tv each day!

I am very pleased with my Samsung-50" Class U8000F Crystal UHD 4K Smart Tizen TV (2025). It works really well. The best part was the easy set up. I am 73 years old and was able to unpack and set it up by myself. Would definitely urge people to get one,

The TV came with the wrong remote. It took three customer service people to hear me out, listen, and see that it was indeed the wrong remote. Once that was straightened out, we had to order the correct remote from Amazon as Samsung does not have a way to rectify to problem on their end. When we got the "right" remote with voice activation, it only accessed information on the web. You ask for a specific show or movie and it gave you Google search results, not the actual show. We had to contact our service provider who brought us out a new remote, with voice control, and programmed it for us. The TV does have a beautiful picture though.

We personally love our Samsung TVs. This one is great no complaints about it so far. The picture is really good and very light weight. My daughter and I was able to pick it up and mount it on the bracket with no sweat.

Samsung TV has great picture and sound quality and is very good for the price range and setup was very easy. However, this TV is not Samsung top of the line. I would recommend to a friend.

Nice picture and color. On screen instructions for easy set up. One call away customer service for those that are not tech savvy too!

This awesome Samsung television was on sale so I bought it online when my old tv died. I love the picture quality. I struggled with the sound bc my hearing aids wouldn’t hook up; but my 8 year old techie grandson saved the day!!! He was able to hook up both pairs of hearing aids, my Apple AirPods and put closed captioning on too. It seriously is a great quality, great price, great service delivery, and it looks so good! Love it!

Wife usually has tv on all day in our family room, and i dont want to deal with oled burnout and high cost. For what I paid, if it lasts 3 years, I am happy. Last Samsung lasted 6. Picture is just fine. My only beef is the feet are too far apart to fit on my stand, so had to buy a 3rd party stand, but it was only 20 bucks. Manufactured date was in July 2025, so not some old model laying around. I expect it to be solid as most samsungs are from past experience.
