For example I added my fire stick instead of getting the apps from the tv , just didn't want to have to re input all my info so this was the easy way. The sound quality is fine I don't need a sound bar. Pic quality is fine . It's the perfect size for my bedroom

Samsung gave me full credit so i went and purchased another one. Let's hope it lasts a few years. What are the odds I get 2 bad ones?

My disappointment is the response time in switching between streaming apps and viewing selections. In my opinion the tv needs more ram and possibly a processor upgrade. I replaced a 10+ year old Samsung Smart tv with this tv. The old tv’ s response and navigation was better.

It has a fantastic picture but the remote control is so bad I could never learn to use it after many hours of trying. Nothing about it is intuitive and the buttons are not marked well. Give me the old but excellent Samsung remote with lots of buttons. I'm sorry I had to return this excellent TV because the remote is not user friendly.

One thing would improve this rating would be to include the screws for the bracket - so if you are reusing the existing bracket it would be great to have the 4 screws that fit the TV instead of having to go out and purchase them during the swap out.
