Beautiful, but poor quality

I recently returned and reordered for the third time, but the order was cancelled 2 days after it was do to arrive. I’m annoyed that a $150 plastic frame was broken twice, seems poor quality, but with that said it does what it’s supposed to do and looks beautiful. I can’t wait to get my replacement again. Fingers crossed.
