This model is far superior than our previous wine fridge. Wish they had a larger/taller model. Larger bottles have a difficult time fitting between the shelves. Would like to see the ability to adjust the shelves up or down by a half inch when needed to accommodate different sizes

Was as advertised and hold all the bottles I planned for. The top sections temp does tend to vary a few degrees periodically (per the display) but at least it gets colder, not hotter. All in, I’m still glad I bought it.

I am getting my kitchen redone so the wine fridge is just getting set up. It looks good in the space I bought it for but I cannot comment on how it’s works yet because I haven’t used it.

Sleek, matches my kitchen appliances. Few issues is that odd shaped bottles don’t fit as easily. Needs a larger white wine area.

Pro's 1. Initial perception of build quality. Will assess reliability back in 6 -9 months Improvement needed 1. Seal on door when shutting doesn't have a strong positive shut or seal. You need to focus on shutting the door and make sure its entirely closed and sealed 2. Controls and instructions for use are not that intuitive. You'll need to intuitively play w/ the temperature controls before you fully understand how to raise and lower temperatures 3. The dual zones bleed over. Better isolation needed to differentiate upper and lower temperature zones

Looks just as nice as units costing more than $2000 ( I have one of those too ) Very quiet operation. Checked the temperature versus setting at it was spot on,

Unit is exactly as advertised. I like the smooth action on the pull out shelves. Interior light remains on all the time but I am OK with that.

Nice product but it is missing 1 of 4 cabinet legs.

I had to have the first one replaced becuase it wouldn't stay cold. The replacement is working well.

The unit looks great, fit perfectly and arrived timely. The only issue we have is that it is tricky to set the desired temperature.

Great wine refrigerator! Has dual control to temp red wine vs white wine. Great Best Buy delivery store service. Do not recommend appliance purchase when being delivered by outside sources.

Great wine cooler. Dual temps seem to work fairly well, however I am noticing the temps being off slightly after a few weeks.

Delivery service was excellent, they came earlier than expected. No issue there. Unfortunately, the unit arrived damaged. Will be waiting for a replacement. Such a bummer, it is really nice though.
