I’m very excited about this item. I haven’t installed it as of yet. However, Tim made sure that I received everything that I was asking for and more. He was very helpful in helping me pick out products that fit my needs.

Overall a good product. Shelves are a bit too close for some slightly larger bottles and the shelves are a bit stiff for the last push into the fridge but overall very happy with our purchase

While it looks sleek and is quiet, this refrigerator has two major design flaws. The first is the lack of space between racks to accommodate thicker bottles of wine, such that it overstates its true capacity. What is frustrating about the design is that there is ample internal space if it did not divide the unit into dual temperature zones. The need to hold more types of bottles far outweighs the “marketing” of internal temperature differential to consumers. Clearly, this is a SubZero wanna-be that fails terribly.
Secondly, light is one of the worst possible enemies to the proper storage of wine. The fact that there is no way to turn off the light within the refrigerator (other than to remove the bulb) is absurd. This inflexible fact should have been disclosed to potential buyers up front.

I was really excited about this unit but have had multiple issues. The display/motherboard went out within the first 6 months and was able to get that replaced at no cost through Samsung. However, the same display/motherboard went out again three months later and Samsung would not replace. I have no idea what temperature it is running at now and it would be an expensive fix. When it comes to Samsung, stick to their TVs only.

Display lights went out just after the 1 year warranty period. Did not expect this from Samsung. I am not able to set and look at the temperature settings. So disappointing and frustrating.
Please see the "Control panel" and "Setting The Temperature Controls" sections on pages 21 - 22 of the user's manual to get the display light and temperature settings working again.

Cheers to an Excellent Wine Cooler

As a member of the Insider Community, I was recently given the opportunity to test the Samsung 51-Bottle Capacity Wine Cooler in Stainless Steel. I was very excited because we have recently remodeled our Kitchen, redone the flooring and repainted our home and our living area has a much more elegant and upgraded look. It was time to find a better way to display our wine than on the bookshelf next to the fireplace. So far we are extremely happy with it. While we don’t have it built into anything, it is very sleek looking so it doesn’t stick out too much as an eyesore. The dual zone temperatures are extremely accurate and is a nice way to be able to store whites and reds. It is also very easy to be able to operate. I was very surprised at how quiet it is; I expected it to be a little bothersome but you barely notice it is there. There are only two only drawback at this point that I would point out. One the bottles have to be the exact standard shape or they will not fit properly on the racks, so it leaves some bottles without a place to be stored. And second, when you push the racks in, you have to make sure they click in order for the door to fully close and seal. I would definitely recommend this wine cooler to anyone looking.

IN 1 YEAR, THE DIGITAL GAUGE WAS BROKEN...... GEEKSQUAD WARRANTY IS WORTHLESS. THEY WANT ME TO TAKE IT BACK TO THE STORE.
