I did have an issue when I first got the cooler, with turning off the light. Not sure what the problem was, me playing with the buttons too much or what. The light would not shut off when the door was closed. I let it be, for the night and got up the next morning and the buttons worked correctly and I got the light to turn off. The chiller is quiet and has done great, no other issues. I choose this chiller over many others because of the extended warranty Samsung gives with this unit.

It's kind of like a purring sound. They should have been able to quiet that, but it doesn't run often, and really isn't *that* loud. It works great, so far. I would not hesitate to recommend this.

3rd time a charm

The 1st one was badly damaged on the top and they put it back on the truck. After waiting another week or so, we have another one of the same but this one has been a bit temperamental in holding a set temperature (two zones). Because of the volatility we are asking to exchange-waiting on delivery. Hopefully 3 times a charm and this one will work. Aside from that we like the fridge. Holds 51 bottles, is pretty quiet.
