    This tv was beautiful when we got it, at least for the month and a half we had it before it broke. Have not had it for two months yet and it's already broken. Best buy will not do anything except have someone come to repair it. It is amazing, they sold us a defective tv and they will not replace it. We bought in on sale so apparently if we return it and try to buy another one, they will not price match the sale price. I would be very careful if anyone is thinking about buying this television. You might have it for a month and then you're stuck. Now I have to wait over a week for someone to come out and fix our tv. Horrible product, even worse customer service. Will not be buying anymore tvs from Best buy.

    Female sales person name i dont remember not want to offer me price match from Amazon which she said she would at first which if i found was hundred dollars plus cheaper.But would be willing to match Sears one dollar cheaper price .Spoke to manager whom didn't want to match price either. Whom came up with reason that second party from Amazon couldn't deliver it.WHICH WAS NOT EXPLAIN TO ME BY SALES PERSON.After i ask manager on duty for corporate phone number to make a complaint then he offers some off the tv and not the whole savings which i should of received. Then another sales person comes up and tries to sell me another tv instead for $400.00 more .Why in the hell would i want to spend then i wanted to.And just let me purchase the tv i wanted at Best Buys policy that was explained to me ! Now as i check out the cashier says i have $35.00 on my new Best Buy rewards card and whe i go to use my card its i have only 19 points .Doesn't anyone in your ft.Gratiot what their doing ? Or is Best Buy just a scam ? I guess I'll just have to start shopping elsewhere again. If you look at my shopping experience there in the past and see how much $$$$$ ive spent in your stores. Maybe Best Buy ought to stay truthful and loyal to their customers.First by revaluating their staff at the ft Gratiot Michigan store.As to you question below would i recommend this to a friend .Unfortunately not at at this time.

    This is my worse electronic purchase! I will not look at Samsung the same way again. I moved & had difficulty setting up internet & cable due to incompetent services, so Best Buy's awful policy of no refunds after 15 days did not allow me to return this disappointing purchase, as I used it only for 3 days when screen panel blew out power board. And of course wrong order placed for these parts delayed my usage of TV, which is still sitting in living room as an awful decoration!. TV fully paid, but has not been used over month , as I also pay cable for it. Wish there was negative star. Had to choose 1 star to enter this comment, but does not even deserve any rating! Do not buy this TV!

    i BOUGHT THIS TV FOR MY DAUGHTER AND HER BOYFRIEND AS A HOUSE WARMING GIFT. THEY LOVE THE COLOR AND THE SMART TV OPTIONS THE TV HAS TO OFFER.

    I bought a Samsung 55" TV (UN55H6203AFXZA) on March 07, 2015. On November 31, 2016, the lights went out. The TV won't power up anymore. Not what I was expecting. Reviews were vert good and I was ready to enjoy TEARS of entertainment. Instead I'll have to replace this TV in under two years. At a substantial cost.

    Very disappointed in the tv .the picture isn't as clear as it was in the store . It seems to be very cloudy . I think I got a lemon .

    I love my Tvs I bought a mount to go with them and after spending 1300+ best buy wants to charge me another 250 to put the mount on the wall. Very disappointed in the best buy service. Won't be shopping here again

    Super bad experience. Got the tv and in 2 days i got a vertical line on the screen. They replaced it but who wants to buy a new tv and have a screen replacement in the 2nd day ?

    when I bought this Tv it worked great, but after 2 weeks of having it I started having problems with the sound and picture, so I sent it back and best buy sent me the exact same one. But once again after 2 weeks it started having issues with mostly sound but also picture. I had to put the sound up to 80 and I could still barely hear it. TERRIBLE PRODUCT.

    Bought this TV late in December online from best buy, its now almost 3 months old. Sound started cutting out and now it won't turn on. Don't know if I just got a bad one but will not buy Samsung ever again. If your interested in buying this TV don't! You can have mine.

    After repeatedly calling @ same problem of Netflicks cutting out and having network disconnect temporary solutions last only 24 to 36 hours then same problem. This is after @ 3 weeks of having tv set up.Support initially helpful but then long hold times and same repeat ineffective temporary fix
