We purchased this TV to replace a 50" Samsung Smart TV that we bought a couple years ago—and was broken when our teenager threw something into the screen. We loved that TV and we love this one just as much, if not a little more, due to it being newer and easier to use than our old one was. :) The menus are easy to navigate, the picture is brilliant and it truly does shine when you watch something that's made for the Ultra HD.

This is the biggest and most advanced tv I have ever owned. So to be fair I compare to nothing above this size or class. Just amazing st how it looks, how it works, how easy it is to set up and interact with all the other components (Fios, sound bar, Xbox one) seamless operation between all components. Crisp clean picture. Great sound. The apps are easy to use and it just auto updated the software. Really love it.

After looking through several options for a 55" UHD, I selected the Samsung 4K UHD. I'm two weeks into using it and I believe it is an excellent value. The setup was very intuitive and the ability to use multiple service options without the need for additional devices is great. I'm using iTunes and Amazon and it's super-easy to switch between all of them. I highly recommend this to anyone looking in the 55" range.

I'm extremely glad that my first 4K tv was this one because not only does it look great but thanks to the smart hub and smart remote it essentially removed the need for me to have mutiple remote controls for everything in my setup. The only thing that annoys me is that the Netflix app every now and then freaks out and won't work but that is minuscule compared to all the things that the Tv does right.

The Geek Squad installed the TV and set up the apps for us. Ken made sure we were comfortable with how to use it before leaving. He did a wonderful job! Love the quality of the picture! We have rewatched some of our favorite movies and are quite impressed with how "real" everything seems. We are noticing details we have never seen before! It is so easy to use and I am so glad we purchased this TV.

We bought this TV as an open box item during the super bowl weekend and did not have many expectations. We had been looking at a lower model Samsung but it wasn't available as the website had indicated. After buying this model we were surprised to enjoy the features and clarity that it offered. Plus the remote is great. Simple but very easy to use. It is by far my favorite aspect of this tv.

Like previous Samsung Tvs we have owned, this TV has a great picture. At first, it was somewhat dark, but it was easy to adjust and now looks fantastic. This was unbelievably easy to set up! We are not super tech-savy, but had no problems getting everything connected. And, best of all for my husband, the old Samsung remote works with the new TV so he can avoid learning how to use the new one.

I can't believe how easy the smart features are to use. It instantly sent a message to my galaxy 7 and tab to get all of the WiFi and user info needed to access the Internet and the smart view app. Let's me have a 55 inch phone screen with the tap of a button . I was almost avoiding Samsung but so glad I got it !

Great picture, some netflix programs in ultra hd. Many hdmi ports, I can send programs from my tablet to the TV. The simple remote is an added bonus.

I selected this TV completely on the recommendation of the Best Buy sales person. I am amazed and very happy with this TV. The picture is so clear, I feel like the actors on the program I am watching are in the room with me. The smart remote is very easy to use. I have not ventured into using the many features this TV has to offer as of yet, but so far, I give this TV 5 stars

The TV was better than expected for the price. Excellent picture and easy to navigate and set up with remote. I have been a Sony purchaser for years but for the price point Sony didn't have anything that came close. Best Buy's free delivery and pickup of old set for $15.00 can't be beat. Delivery was also timely and professional, you don't get that from Amazon.

This is our 3rd flat panel but first UHD TV and we couldn't be more pleased with the quality of this Smart TV. Picture quality is excellent and the TV is easy to use. Adding apps, setting them up and logging in are all very easy to do. The only drawback, hence the 4 stars, is that it doesn't pack a lot of audio punch. We have since purchased a sound bar though. Great value too. We ended up getting another $150 off after Best Buy held true to their price match policy.

Bought this TV for the Super Bowl last year. Fell in live instantly and is still providing great viewing pleasure to this day.
