Impressive TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Originally we were looking at an LG model but I kept telling my wife that the picture (at Best Buy) on this Samsung was just so much better in detail etc. after looking at reviews and studying features etc. we decided on this model and we haven't been disappointed one bit! The picture is beautiful and the sound is surprisingly very good! So far so good as they say!

We aren't technology savvy, so it is nice to have someone come and set everything up and explain how to use it. The TV is beautiful and that 4K picture is amazing.

Samsung - 55 Class (54.6 Diag.) - LED - 2160p

Pluses are: outstanding picture; very easy to set up, great price and the delivery to my door was perfect (no issues). As a bonus, the pic size (55") is perfect for our "getaway" room which is 18' X 24'. Had been using AmazonTV through Amazon's outboard box with Ethernet cable but now use this TV's Smart apps...just as fast as before.

It's great, just a couple problems that annoy.

Only issues I have is the stand feels flimsy and after first installing it it felt like it still wasn't on correctly because you wobble the TV forward and backwards, next is that there is reflection of light if you were to have a light behind you while watching, and last and most annoying is that in their "smarthub" pretty much home screen, they have ads that you always have to scroll past for in order to get to your apps or programs.

Very nice TV

We were met by employee Anthony Shandra in the San Luis Obispo store. He gave us very good info about the Samsung TV. Explaining about the pixels and showing us the flat screen compared to the curved screen. He knows his product. We are glad we met him and got such good info.
