Works very well the display and sound are amazing. The only issues are that the software gets laggy sometimes and HDR feature is not as good as advertised as it does not have the HDR Premium certification by the UHD alliance.

This is our second of these Samsung 55" TV's. We generally like the TV. I am deleting one star for the difficulty of the remote. It is very spartan and non-user friendly. It was hard to figure out how to get to the smart TV options.

I bought the TV on bestbuy.com and that was a good experience. However, when I went (a day later) to BB, things were far more complicated. I had a confirmation number and it had posted to credit card but I had to wait for a "confirmation email." When I approached the front desk, described the situation and supplied the confirmation number she said she could not give me the TV because I had not received the confirmation email. I called BB customer service and they worked through the situation. I spent over an hour in BB trying to pick up a TV. It was very frustrating and I'll probably never do it again but I did receive my TV so I'm happy now.

I purchased the Samsung 65", 55" and 50" Smart 4K TV's and am thrilled with them all. Samsung makes great product!

Right out of the box, it installed easily, performed outstanding, and has lots of great features. It is a 5 star purchase for anyone looking for a great buy.

Believe it or not, we put this up in our barn/shop because we do not have enough wall space in the house for it. I guess Super Bowl is at our place this year.

Excellent product. We now have 6 Samsung tvs and not disappointed with any of them.

Purchased the TV a week and a half before Black Friiday......Informed that that I could get a refund if the price went down before Thanksgiving... It did and I returned to the store and received a credit for $100 + .......

Seriously the best purchase of mine was this TV. Has so many cool features and easy to install. Looks pretty sleek in my living room too. Love it!

the tv has excellent picture picture and have never had any problems with it. my only complaint is that the speaker isnt very good. if you plan on using a home theater system you will be fine the speaker just seems quite.

The un55ku6300 Samsung tv is the best I have ever had. The 4K picture is beyond real! It is awesome and love this tv so much. I highly recommend this tv.

Good screen quality & refresh rate. Nice to have Internet built in but not much of a remote to search. Sound is just fine haven't need to add a soundbar

I love this TV, great picture, great sound! I don't like that some of the apps stop working from time to time, other than that, beautiful on the mantle!

They didn't have the tv on sale that I wanted (no surprise there) so i got an open box tv a little better. It works very well. Nice picture and great sound. I got the sound bar but really didn't need it. Good volume!

Great pic, light tv for 55" and good remote. I also like the home menu to get to apps and full browser. My only suggestion would be lighted keys on remote.

This is a great tv with all new clear image quality.. it is worth the money.. but has few issues with web browser flash player installation.. better than LG smart tv .. I bought this after returning LG .. good choice..

I was a little sceptical on purchasing this tv. But after reading reviews then going out to purchase it. It was one of the best moves I could have done.

Really like the TV and features. The only downside is the remote. Simple things like turning down the volume are difficult unless you blue tooth to a sound bar or using the xbox or an alternative remote app or remote.
